Born and raised in Brunswick, GA, John Pennington has over 28 years experience in property maintenance. He has previously worked for local apartment complexes, hotels, public housing and other vacation rental companies in the area. John became an independent (licensed, bonded and insured) maintenance contractor in 2017 and has since been an integral part to the day-to-day operations of Lilmar Properties. John has 4 adult children and 11 grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family, regularly attends church and is a HUGE Georgia Bulldog fan!
