Guests are welcome to instantly book any of our properties on our website 24 / 7 with live calendars and pricing.  Guests who would like additional assistance with booking a reservation can contact our Guest Services Team Monday - Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Most visitors to St. Simons Island prefer to stay on the south end of the island within walking or biking distance to the beaches, shopping, restaurants, and the Pier Village area.  Most of the properties that we manage in our portfolio are located on the south end, but we do offer some wonderful properties near other island locations such as the desirable golf course neighborhood of Sea Palms.  It's really up to you to Discover YOUR Island Lifestyle!

Yes, we do offer discounts for our guests.  As a guest of Lilmar Properties, you will be enrolled in our future email blasts that will include discount opportunities and sneak peak opportunities to book new properties before they become available on our website!

Yes!  We are always proud to have veterans and active duty military stay at our properties.  We offer a 5% discount to those guests who qualify.  Thank you for your service!

St. Simons Island is a dog friendly island and our beaches allow for dogs to be on the beach and do not need to be leashed, but must be in the owner's immediate control.  Animals are prohibited on the beach from Memorial Day through Labor Day between 9:00am and 6:00pm.

30+ days from arrival - 100% refund
30-14 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-14 days from arrival – 0% refund

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Lilmar Properties strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance which is offered by Lilmar Properties during checkout or after booking.  Contact Lilmar Properties with any questions.

Yes!  All of our properties have Hi-Speed Wi-Fi throughout the interior of the home.  

Check-in is at 4:00pm.  Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate early check-ins.  We want to make sure our cleaning, maintenance and inspection processes are fully completed so that guests can arrive to their property and it's 100% ready.  Most of our properties have smart locks and the access code for the smart lock will activate at 4:00pm. 

Late check out requests must be submitted to our Lilmar Reservations Team for approval at least 24 hours prior to departure.  Late check outs are only allowed up to 12:00pm if approved by the Lilmar Reservations Team.  

Each property offers a different style of coffee maker.  Please reference the amenity area on the property listing page for the property you have rented or are interested in renting.

Yes!  Golf Carts are allowed on St. Simons Island.  Please be aware that our island does have local ordinances/laws for golf carts. 

1. Please obey all traffic laws.

2. All golf carts MUST be street legal and meet these specifications outlined by the Glynn County Police Department.

3. Golf carts can only be driven on streets where posted speed is 25mph or less.  Golf Carts are NOT permitted on sidewalks.

No, fireworks are prohibited on ALL beaches, park, historical site or recreational area on St. Simons Island.  These rules also apply to Jekyll Island, Sea Island and Little St. Simons Island.  

There are several beach accesses offering beach goers that need extra assistance.  Please see details below.

The Golden Isles offers many different public golf courses for visitors to enjoy.  Below are public golf courses without any restrictions or memberships required on St. Simons Island.

Unfortunately no.  Access to Sea Island and their amenities is not allowed unless you are a member or guest of Sea Island and staying on one of their resort properties or cottage rentals.  

Pool heating must be purchased as an added amenity for the duration of your stay.  Reservations of 10 days are more are exempt from this policy.  

There are three commercial airports within an hour drive of St. Simons Island.
