The pictures do not do this place justice. The home was beautiful and very spacious! There was enough room for our family of seven that stayed there. Three adults, two teens, and two children under five. We stayed for four nights at the end of July. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. It’s about 10-15 minutes. The beach was not crowded. The home is an end unit. Not noisy. The home had spices and plenty of homeware to use. There is an elevator to use since there are a lot of steps with luggage. The bedroom with the twin beds the kids tossed and turned due to comfort. The two bigger beds everyone slept fine comfort wise. There is a balcony for each room which was nice to have your own space if wanted. The convenience of many bathrooms was a bonus with the amount of people we had. Highly recommended and would stay there again.

We had six girls- two mama’s and four kiddos and the condo could not have been more perfect! The space was amazing, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked and the beds were super comfortable. Easy five minute or less drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay for Memorial week. 3 adults and 1 child were comfortable with room to spare. Easy walk to restaurants and convenient to all the Island has to offer. Good enough we are repeat guests! Looking forward to our next stay.

We were able to all congregate on the first floor living area and yet we all also had our own space. Having a pull out twin sofa and a desk made it just perfect and gave us each our own room. My parents had the master. My 17 yr old took the room with the queen bed and my 15 yr old stayed in the other room with 2 twins. The unexpected Elevator worked great for my parents and the guests (one has a bad knee) that visited us. Parking is a bit tricky if you have a lot of drivers like we did or big SUVs but manageable and wasn’t a big deal to us. My parents don’t go anywhere without their 2 little dogs. Finding a pet friendly place that is also suitable for me (no animals) is always challenging and I was impressed. The beach is 0.7 mile and shops 1.2 miles. It is an easy bike ride or walk. We did both easily and my parents are in their 70s. The pool looked clean, wasn’t busy, and a good size for any family. We just never got there. Everything was fully stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms if you happened to forget anything. We truly enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay.

This was a big, comfortable place. It has three floors with the bedrooms on the top two floors so the kids could have their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the simple furniture and decor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony. Super easy place within walking distance to the beach in decent weather. Close to everything - beach, grocery, town etc. Great for families.

We had a great stay. The place is very big- 3 floors with bedrooms on the top 2 floors. Each room has its own bathroom and balcony. The kids had their own floor, which they loved and kept things quieter. The elevators were helpful and the kids also liked using them. Easy location. In nice weather you can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes and bike to town. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was easy and comfortable. Loved the furniture and decor. Overall just a great place. The pool was nice but super hot in July. Not really usable, but it would be great in cooler weather.

We really enjoyed our stay on St Simons. The home was well equipped and our daughter loved the pool - there were often several other kids to play with at the pool. A very family friendly place.

We enjoyed our family getaway so much by staying in this lovely spacious condo. The privacy it offered for each family was so appreciative with so many extras. Everything you could possibly need was available. I so appreciated the competency of Lilmar Properties, they were spot on about every detail. Through the years I have experienced nightmares of trying to get help about a place and it absolutely will ruin a vacation. My only regret is our trip couldn’t have lasted longer in this beautiful condo. Can’t wait to visit again.

This home is wonderful. Very spacious, well appointed, comfortable , beds sleep well, linens and towels great. The beach gear was nice to have. A perfect place for our dog as well to walk outside. It was quiet at night for relaxing. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent townhome for a family or small group vacation. There is lots of space for everyone, and it is well appointed and comfortable. The location is an easy drive to much of what St. Simon's offers and the community is quiet and clean. Like others, we were appreciative of the elevator for moving in and out. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, silverware and dishes. For those who want to cook, the only staples included are salt and pepper, so be sure to bring your own, or visit the nearby grocery store options. In short, a comfortable, easy vacation home with room for everyone.

This was our first multi family vacation and it couldn’t have been better. The condo was clean, huge, and perfect for our two families. The condo is a short golf cart ride to many attractions (Pier Village for shopping and eating, Neptune Park for playing and a splash park, and Massengale Park for the beach) and the island is small enough the longest drive to anything was Fort Frederica and only cause we took the golf cart. The linens and towels are plentiful, and having 3 full baths and 2 half baths meant no one waited for showers or potties. The washer/dryer on the second floor was so helpful. Neighbors were also super helpful and fun to chat with balcony to balcony! AC works great (I ended up in sweats cause I was cold at night) and the pool isn’t fancy but is perfectly fine (and a 1 minute walk from the condo) for the kiddos. Winn Dixie and Harris Teeter are super close for your groceries as well. You’ll need to stock up on paper goods and trash bags but the kitchen is otherwise well appointed. All in all it was a great trip! My only complaint was they didn’t put silverware in the drawer I thought it should be in so I kept pulling the wrong drawer to get my spoons and forks ?.

It was our first multi family vacations and this condo was the perfect place to take it! So much space each family had its own floor which allowed for breaks. The bed set up was perfect, and the linen situation is plentiful and appreciated. Very clean! The kids say it’s the best hide and seek condo ever.

Waltzing in the sand is a lovely townhouse. Plenty of room multiple families to spread out & have privacy. Beds were comfortable & the elevator was a definite plus. My husband's family have been coming to SSI for generations and we love the island. It still hasn't lost it's low-key charm. This was our first stay at Demere Landing & the property itself was beautiful & quiet. Parking can be a little tricky though if you have multiple/ larger vehicles in your party. All in all, a peaceful stay!

This was exactly as advertised! The condo was beautifully furnished and the views from the balconies were great , especially in the mornings when the sun was rising! Would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay at Waltzing in the Sand was exactly what we needed! Great location and plenty of space! The ‘guest room’ with a desk, cozy loveseat and lamp was perfect for squeezing in a little work and reading while others were sleeping in the morning. Lilmar is a great company to work with and made our trip easy to book and stress free!

Awesome place, clean and 1/2 mile to everything. Did not have any problem at all. Except I couldn’t figure out how to get in and I called the number and in 2 minutes they were walking me through everything. Elevator was nice. Pool was nice and quiet too . I will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We drove and biked to the beaches. The condo was very nice and roomy for our family. We used the elevator to unload our car which was very helpful. It is definitely a place I would enjoy coming back to! I appreciated the management’s prompt response when booking for a last minute trip.

My family really enjoyed our 5 night stay! The condo was fresh, clean, nicely decorated, and check-in and out was a breeze. The elevator was a helpful feature for bringing all the luggage and food up from the garage to each floor. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and it overlooked the living area, so whoever was cooking could still be included in conversation or watch tv. The 2 king beds in each of the main bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The twin beds in the other bedrooms were great for kids or having an alternate place to sleep or nap. We loved that each floor felt private with our own bathrooms and balconies. We could see the stars at night and the sunrise in the morning, from the top balcony. The property and grounds are well maintained, and our son loved all the turtles and fish visible in the pond right across from the condo. The pool was a short easy walk from the condo, and beach access was a quick few minute drive. The owners were friendly and very responsive to any questions I had, and maintenance arrived promptly when a few bulbs went out. Our whole family loved our time there and would stay there again, if we vacationed in St Simon's again.

Perfect first time VRBO! This was by far the easiest booking and stay ever! My family and I absolutely loved the property and the overall process. The convenience of checking in and out all on our own was so easy. The home is beautifully designed top to bottom! Everyone had their own space. We just absolutely loved it! We will definitely book again and also recommend to family and friends!

Family Mini Vacation Nice condo. Lots and Lots of stairs but does have an elevator if needed. Nice neighborhood. Convenient to Jekyll island and an hour drive to Savannah. Very Roomy lots of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Very nice condo!! Should be called stairway to heaven. Lots and Lots of stairs but well worth the climb. Elevator definitely came in handy on a few occasions. Plenty of rooms and beds and bathrooms. All essentials needed for a great stay were there and available. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.
