Summer Breeze Villa is spacious, bright and offers guests plenty of spaces to enjoy time together or just enjoying time alone with the ocean breezes on one of the balconies. The oversized chef's style kitchen, Weber gas grill and Green Egg Smoker will allow guests to prepare meals for their group.

Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.
Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund
Cancellations will be refunded less the processing fee based on the time of the cancellation notification and terms (without exception, even for same-day cancellations)
To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Lilmar Properties strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance which is offered by Lilmar Properties during checkout or after booking. Contact Lilmar Properties with any questions.

- Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (16 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.
- Sorry, pets are not allowed
- Some of St. Simons' beaches are not accessible during mid/high tides. You will always have plenty of beach in front of the Summer Breeze Villa
- Linens (Bath towels, pool/beach towels & bed sheets) provided
- Check In: 4:00pm Check out: 10:00am
- Parking for six vehicles. Parking it tight and large vehicles such as large Trucks and SUV's may reduce vehicle count based on size.
- Pool Heating Fee: additional $100/night upon request at least 72 hours prior to arrival
- Minimum Age Requirement of 35 years of Age to Rent the Property.
