Welcome to Isle Be Back! This beautiful and spacious dog friendly home on St. Simons Island is located in the quiet golf course community of Sea Palms with direct golf course views of the 10th green. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms, Isle be back is the perfect island retreat with quick access (12 minutes) to the beach and a short 2 minute drive to numerous restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.
The main living level features an updated and fully stocked kitchen for guests to enjoy preparing meals during their stay. The full size Weber Genesis gas grill on the deck is the perfect view to enjoy grilling your catch of the day or burgers for your group. The open concept floor-plan gives guests a large kitchen with two dining spaces with seating for up to 8 at each table as well as a large living room space with a 55" HD TV.
The large deck and screened porch areas on the back of the home have direct views of the 10th green and fairway of the Sea Palms Golf Course. With plenty of seating, both covered and screened in areas, the outdoors will be where guests will want to unwind and relax.
On the ground level of the home, guests will find a large den area with an HD TV and plenty of seating, a foosball table and an additional sleeping area with a double/twin bunk bed. The carport and driveway area offers guests fun space to enjoy yard games, a basketball game and table tennis.
The Primary Bedroom Suite is located off the Living Room and offers a King size bed, and HD TV, a walk-in closet and a nicely renovated bathroom with a double walk-in shower. The two guests bedrooms located on the other side of the home offer two Queen beds, both with HD TV's and their own en-suite bathrooms.

Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days from arrival - 100% refund
14 days from arrival - 50% refund
