Welcome to the Crystal Cottage! This magnificent newly remodeled East Beach cottage is the perfect island escape for guests to have quick access to the best beaches on St. Simons Island. Located at the end of Eighth St, guests are steps away from the 8th St. Beach Access. Offering 5 bedrooms and 5-1/2 bathrooms, the cottage offers guests a wide variety of living spaces both indoors and outdoors. Crystal Cottage offers a private backyard with a wraparound heated pool (heated for $125/day upon request) featuring a swim shelf with in water lounge chairs as well as a 6 person spa.
On the first level is where you will find the main open concept living area, kitchen and dining spaces. The living area has two sofas that will seat six, two sitting chairs and a 65 in flat screen television. The chefs style kitchen offers high-end stainless appliances which include a gas cook top, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, an island with a bar that seats three and a dining table that seats eight. Also located on the main level is a half bath, laundry room and primary bedroom suite. The primary bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen tv, and a large walk-in closet. The primary bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower.
Going up the stairs to the second level is your first guest room with a king bed, 45 in flat screen tv and full bath situated with single vanity sink and walk in shower. The second guest room has one queen bed, full bath with single vanity sink and a tub/ shower combo. The third guest room has one queen bed, full bath with single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. The fourth guest bedroom has 2 set of bunk beds with full beds on the bottom and twin beds on the top. The guest bath has a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.
The outdoor spaces of the Crystal Cottage is where guests will really want to enjoy time together. Both levels of the house offer covered porches and there are two dining tables on the main level, one off of the living area with seating for 8 and another off of the primary bedroom with seating for 4.
There is a very spacious covered porch beside the pool area complete with two full sofas, four sitting chairs, and two lounge chairs. There is a wood burning fire pit beside the pool and gas grill perfect for preparing meals outside.
The pool and spa can be heated in the off season for $125.00 per day. There is an outdoor shower located on the side of the house that is perfect for washing off after a fun day at the beach.

Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.

14 days from arrival - 50% refund
