The open concept living area and kitchen is perfect for the a family gathering. The newly updated kitchen is decked out with all of the necessities to prepare a fantastic meal perfect for your family. There are bar seats at the kitchen island in addition to a dining table with seating for four more family members.
The spacious bedrooms and beautifully renovated bathrooms with luxurious walk-in showers give the guests a spa like feel during their stay. Off of the bedroom there is a sun porch with built in bunk beds with reading lights over the beds plus a pull out trundle. This wonderful space allows for the perfect kids get away space.
Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days from arrival - 100% refund
14 days from arrival - 50% refund
