To enjoy a more in-depth look at the St. Simons Lighthouse, you won’t have to venture far from Neptune Park. The property also boasts a museum, where interactive elements offer another layer of engagement for children. Step back in time with your children to the years that pre-date electricity and indoor plumbing when you venture into the lighthouse keeper’s former dwellings, where a resident keeper and his family stayed to keep the light going with a kerosene oil lamp.
