The Retreat on Ocean Rd.

I cannot say enough great things about this home - it was absolutely perfect for our large family celebration of life for my parents! I mean it when I say that pictures do not do it justice. Lovely gift basket from Lilmar upon arrival, great communication from Susan and Bryan. The house had amazing amenities - pool and spa heated beautifully even in December January. Beautiful views from all levels - great for adults and children. Hired Private Chef Ryan Wagner who was superb! This was such a memorable stay for all of us and thank you for sharing this outstanding home!

The pictures are lovely but don't do this property justice. Everything about it is perfect! Susan at LilMar had frequent engagement, Bryan came by to review the amazing technology in the house. Even in winter the pool and spa heated nicely so we all enjoyed! We sat around the firepit multiple nights and made S'mores. Sound didn't travel from floor to floor so you could sleep as late as you wanted! Master suite on 4th was impeccable - literally everything was thought of in this home. Open Floorplan and kitchen was amazing! Hired Ryan Wagner as a private chef one evening - awesome!!! Views are breathtaking. Best house on the Island - thank you for making this celebration of life weekend for my parents magical!

We have a fabulous time despite 4 days of rain! The house is very well equipped, beautifully decorated and management is super responsive. Any minor things were addressed quickly. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

This house is fantastic! Better than expected! So many luxury touches that make the house just stand out. Sunsets were amazing and the location was perfect for our group! I can say enough about our time in this house and the St Simon area coming from TX! Would rent again without question!

Wow! Our family had a wonderful stay here. Home is gorgeous, clean, well maintained and most importantly FUN! Plenty to do for everyone. The marsh sunsets are amazing on the back deck. TOP rental!!

The name says it all!! This is one of the finest properties on St Simons and our family enjoyed every amenity the house had to offer. The open kitchen is where we all gathered for breakfast & dinner. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials . Each bedroom has its own private spa like bathroom. The beds are extremely comfortable with the softest bedding. Plenty of sitting areas with couches that you melted into after a day of going to the beach, bike riding and swimming. The pool, hot tub and gym are the by far the family favorites. The pool and hot tub were crystal clear and the water pressure in the house was phenomenal!! Every room has an amazing view and we were able to watch the sunset every night. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation ??

This was a fantastic home! The pictures on the website do not give it justice. We had 15 guests and we had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything you need. Outdoor area was furnished to allow for large groups and the pool and hot tub were outstanding. We had 7 kids and they loved the dock. They spent a lot of time fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. The kids were able to see dolphin, manatees and a shark off the dock. Over the last 17 years we have stayed at many homes on the east coast, for our family vacations, but this by far was the nicest home of all. The property manager, Bryan, was very attentive and answered all our questions.

This house is awesome. We loved it. Luxury at its finest. We have stayed in many homes in East Beach, this one is top. From the picture windows in the kitchen that overlook the marsh to wrap around decks with tons of seating and great sunsets, I was mesmerized. I couldn't get enough. Backyard is setup with tons of seating, Pool and hot tub with a TV to watch a game outside.. and firepit. We even fished from the dock and brought in dinner :) cant beat that. Speaking of the dock there is great internet on the dock and I did my zoom meetings while fishing, amazing. I hit the steam room one evening, and worked out in the gym every morning. Its got a really nice turf outdoor area, great for yoga. We actually called in a yoga instructor and had the whole family out there. Kitchen is top notch, had everything we needed. Cant not mention the master suite is super lux with a shower that is worth mentioning. Its the biggest shower I ever seen with multiple rain head and sprayers. There is a roof top area, great for an evening cocktail or to watch sunrise over the beach. Kids loved the bunk room and huge TV for gaming in the kids living room. There is a huge comfy couch and pool table in there also. Even a ping pong table on the lower level. Plenty of parking, close walk to the beach. This is a celebrity luxury home. We will book again for sure.
