Cozy neighborhood within a short walk to beach and restaurants. Everything in house is well-appointed. Master bedroom had the most comfortable bed ever. Plenty of board games in case of rain. Definitely would book this house in the future!

This was our second time staying at Livin’ Easy, and we loved it just as much as the first! The location is awesome — super close to the beach and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. The house is clean, comfy, and has everything you need. We especially loved the backyard — such a great spot to hang out and unwind. The rental company made everything super easy, which we really appreciated. Can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend Livin’ Easy for a fun, no-stress beach trip!

We loved this house and neighborhood for our family vacation. The extra living area was perfect for a chance to spread out and we appreciated that it was stocked with games. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Walkable to several restaurants and the beach. Great stay!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Only comment - landscaping came in the yard early one morning and I was not prepared (I keep the shades open at night as the property is protected by the yard). Was a bit surprised and had to jump out of bed to close the blinds. Everything else was amazing!!! I will be back next year!

10/10!! Most vacation rentals look great in pictures because professional photographers know how to highlight the good while maybe not showing as much of the not so great. Well this place really is that good! We’ve rented houses on the island for the past 4 years for a 4th of July family trip and this one has been our favorite so far. The decor is very well done, the backyard is so cute and private, and furnishings in and out are comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought and hard work went into making this place feel like home. The location is great too. Close enough to everything while also being slightly away from the main areas like the pier. It’s right off of Ocean Blvd and walking distance to 3 of the more popular restaurants Crab Trap, Crabdaddy’s and Fiddlers which is great because parking is horrible at any of those! Bring or rent your bikes or a golf cart because it’s easy access to whatever you need. We had a small issue with our door code not working when we first arrived, but a text to the management company was answered very quickly and the problem rectified in less than 10 minutes. I was very impressed with them and their customer service even before our trip had begun. I had asked them a couple of questions and they were very friendly and helpful. This unit is a duplex and one night the neighbors were a bit loud, but like I said 4th of July and it wasn’t unbearable. Just being honest in case that’s an issue for someone who wants complete privacy or quiet.

Our visit at this property was fantastic! The location was the biggest perk from Moms POV. The children enjoyed separate beds even though they had to share room. The master bedroom space was phenomenal! While we walked in and it was quite warm, the AC QUICKLY cooled to make for a comfortable & pleasant stay during a very WARM (HOT!) week on the island. The washer & dryer worked well, and the refrigerator size accommodated our family perfectly. We hope to return with additional family and rent the entire property soon! The decor was lovely & just perfect for a beach house. We look forward to returning!!

Our experience at this SSI rental was exceptional! The house exceeded our expectations with its prime location, spotless cleanliness, and comfortable beds and linens.
