Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
- Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Spring Break groups and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.
- Dogs are allowed with a $150 pet fee per dog (2 dogs maximum)
- The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $45/night upon request
- Linens (bath towels & bed sheets) as well as pool/beach towels provided
- Fireplace(s) not available for guest use

The home features four bedrooms, including two primary suites with king beds and private en suite bathrooms, and two additional bedrooms that share a convenient hall bathroom. The fenced yard includes a dedicated area for your furry friends around the pool.
