Summertime Cottage

Summertime Cottage was a winner and perfect for our family of 3. Great location, clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings and well appointed. The staff were helpful when we had questions. We would book it again if/when we return.

Wonderful clean close to the beach! We rented bikes which were wonderful to site see! We found a Fun park downtown with amazing trees and obviously the beach is must see attraction. We also went to a water park and did a dolphin tour.

Peaceful Stay Close to the Beach I had a great experience staying at this Vrbo on St. Simons Island. Communication from the host was timely and clear from booking through arrival, which made the process smooth. The property was clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet neighborhood—just a short and pleasant two block walk to the beach.Access was straightforward, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for restful nights. One suggestion I would offer is to add blinds to the back and sliding glass doors to improve privacy during the evening hours.While I truly enjoyed the stay and would consider booking this location again, I did find the number of fees associated with the rental to be a bit excessive. That’s something to keep in mind for future stays.All in all, a peaceful getaway in a lovely location.

Summertime Cottage is a beautiful little gem, situated in a charming neighborhood, within a short walk to the beach and dining options. The cottage is beautifully decorated, and our family of 5 never felt like we were on top of each other. The private backyard was a nice touch for unwinding, and a hose at the front of the house was provided for rinsing off those sandy feet before entering the house. The kitchen is fully stocked, and it's clear that the management company genuinely cares about their renters; they've thought of every detail. We had to make a call to the office, and Miranda was fantastic. This has moved to the top of our list for SSI! We will be back for sure!

WE LIKED THE LOCATION, HOUSE WAS JUST THE RIGHT SIZE FOR US. WE HAD TWO GUESTS FOR 4 DAYS AND IT WAS QUITE COMFORTABLE. ONLY TWO SUGGESTIONS IS THEY NEED MORE SILVERWARE FOR SURE!! ALSO, NEEDS A GARBAGE DISPOSAL ON KITCHEN SINK.

Family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property had everything inside you needed to enjoy your stay. Cabinets were labeled as to their contents which was nice to avoid opening and closing numerous doors and drawers. switches were also labeled. Beds were extremely comfortable. One suggestion would be to increase slightly the quantity and quality of the starter pack of toiletries etc. specifically, more than 2 dishwasher pods for a week would be helpful and include at least a medium grade toilet paper rolls. The credits to rent beach gear and bikes was also a nice touch. House was in quite neighborhood about 6 minute easy walk to the beach. Good communication from rental company.
