The Retreat on 13th.

This house is perfect for a large group-- has six bedrooms (including one in pool house with its own kitchen), great open living space, kitchen is well appointed, best neighborhood, and a heated pool!! We loved everything about it and would definitely rent here again. Love St. Simons and this house on East Beach.

The house was very clean. Lilmar was easy to work with. Had a couple of very small issues on a holiday and response was immediate . I would definitely rent this house again

house was perfect in every way-- great location (East Beach, plenty of bedrooms and baths, clean and updated, nice heated pool, and great open living space). We would definitely stay here again!

We had a family group of 4 couples, two singles and this immaculate house had everything we needed. The house is perfect as to location, amenities, cleanliness and layout for a group vacation. The kitchen is completely equipped, and the spacious bedrooms are laid out for ultimate privacy. The pool is lovely and the outdoor spaces are great for relaxing. Plenty of pool towels, chairs and wonderful rocking chairs on the porch. Streaming service on all TVs.The ice machine was great! Walking to the beach was perfect and the quiet street was lovely. Would definitely rent again.

We had5 couples, all college friends for many years. Two couples hitting a 50th wedding Anniversary. We loved the property, great location, close to everything! Would stay there again!!

We completely enjoyed our stay at The Retreat on 13th! The home exceeded all our expectations. It is beautifully decorated and lavishly appointed; we did not lack for anything in kitchen supplies or homewares. Everyone was immediately comfortable and felt pampered in our luxurious surroundings. We will recommend to our entire extended family and friends and will hope to get the opportunity to stay again.

This was our family's first time at The Retreat on 13th and it was perfect! There was plenty of room for all of us. The little boys loved the bunk room and the teenage girls loved the pool house! The second laundry space upstairs was a great addition. We loved being able to come home from the beach and hang out in& around the pool. The house was very clean and well-stocked, including new beach towels, chairs & wagon. We had everything we needed! The only thing missing was a vacuum cleaner and/or dust buster. We only had a broom & dustpan to keep the floors clean for the week. What a wonderful week! We will definitely be back at The Retreat on 13th!

This home is beautiful and new! It was very clean and had tons of room for our family. The ice machine needed cleaning and the bamboo leaves flood the pool, but other than that, it is the perfect place.

This is our second time staying at the Retreat on 13th and we absolutely love it! Can't wait to be back again! The home is gorgeous, spacious, well stocked, clean, and totally up to date! It doesn't feel like you are staying in a rental when you are there. You feel like you are at home! Everything about it is welcoming. We could easily access the beach and ride bikes to the village (so much to do there by the way). Everything was so close and easy to get to. The private pool made it that much better! So fun to have a spot to cool off anytime of day or night. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It was a peaceful escape for sure! I highly recommend this for your next summer vacation. It is big enough for multiple families to easily stay together. There was even a 2nd laundry area upstairs which was a really nice addition! There is a screened porch off one of the upstairs bedrooms that was so nice to have. I enjoyed sipping my coffee out there in the early morning. And there is a separate pool house as well to just expand the possibilities. I seriously can't say enough about this place!

We had a great trip! The home was new and clean. We traveled with 4 families (all with young kids) and the house worked well for our needs. The kids loved the bunk room, it was helpful having 2 laundry areas, the kitchen was well stocked and the pool was good sized. There were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs which was a pleasant surprise. We also liked having the guest house - it was a great adult hangout spot in the evenings. A few minor improvements could be made to help make the stay even better - trash pickup and pool service should happen more than 1 time / week (the trash piled up and the pool got a little funky by the end of the week). We stayed in the upstairs master which was large, had 2 closets (one fit a pack n play perfectly) and had a beautiful screen in porch. We would have loved king sized bed in this room and we wish the screened in porch could be accessed without walking through our bedroom (it was a great feature we wished everyone could enjoy). However, the home was great, the owners/pm were very responsive and we would be happy to return. The home was walkable to the beach - we set up tents on the beach off of 12th street since access off of 13th wasn’t the best. Just a note - it’s a long walk through the sand down to the ocean, so I would recommend a cart made specifically for sand!
