The house is beautifully renovated, but kept the beach house cottage charm. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need…and then some. There was ample room for our family and friends. The house is within walking distance of most things in St Simon. It was the perfect rental house for our vacation.

We choose Saint Simons for Thanksgiving every year. We have had such great experiences with homes that come up with wonderful ways to keep kids occupied. This was the first house we have ever stayed in that literally had nothing. Not even a deck of cards. We ended up going to the store and buying a few hundred dollars worth of games because the kids are accustomed to having everything from ping-pong tables to fire pits to game cabinets and more at houses in SSI. Because of past experience, we don’t allow any electronics on the trip so this was kind of a disaster, arriving at this house and having the kids run from cabinet to cabinet to find what entertainment there was., only to find nothing. The house is in a great location, however it is in need of refreshing. Some appliances were not working, small things like loose or missing tiles in the bathroom, grates fallen down, paint needed in areas that looked a bit grimy. We love Saint Simons and will return, but I would not recommend this house for children, if your expectations -like ours - have been set by other houses in the area geared towards family vacations.

Very pretty house. House was exactly as shown in pictures online. Kitchen very updated and well stocked with essential cookware and dinnerware. Very nice private patio with pool. We paid to have it heated since our stay was in October and it felt wonderful. It is an easy 4-5 minute walk to the beach. The rental is dog friendly and was great for our lab. The entire yard front to back is fenced with the back yard having a wood privacy fence. House has a very quiet washer and dryer upstairs. There is a TV in every bedroom and the living room area. The house had everything we needed. Great place for a family vacation. We hope to be able to come again.

Very nice home with space for our family. Updated kitchen and large living area were where we spent the majority of our time. The pool was just the right size for the kids (ages 4, 6, and 9). Bedrooms were put together well and there are plenty of bathrooms to accommodate a large bunch.

The entire process was seamless. The property specifically was amazing. Very clean and in great shape overall. We particularly were pleasantly surprised with the luxury appliances. The beds were very comfortable which aren’t easily found in vacation rentals typically. This was a multi-generational trip and we loved how the first floor had a primary room with en suite as well as the second level has an additional primary with en-suite. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. It is an easy walk to the beach, less than 10 minutes is accurate. The beach itself was okay. It is clean and not very crowded however most of the week there were simply very little waves which the kids found boring. More like being in a lake. I read that it was due to a sandbar near shore. The pool is a nice addition however it is on the smaller side. Good for small kids but the teenagers felt a little let down by its size, but they still used it regularly ;)I give this place 5 stars for sure, overall a 9.5/10 Easy recommendation would be to screen in the front porch, that would make the outdoor living space somewhat nicer which would get me to a 10/10 I give the beach a 6/10

We loved our stay at the beach house! It is a great location with walking distance or short ride to the beach. Very close to restaurants too. There are a lot of trees around that causes the pool and back yard sitting area to stay pretty dirty but with a little bit of cleaning each morning it was fine. Would definitely book again!

Well updated and convenient to stores/restaurants and was perfect for our family trip. We enjoyed cooking at the home as well as dining in the surrounding area. 6-8 min walk to nearest beach access. Would recommend.

Loved this house! We've been coming to St Simon's ever year (sometimes multiple trips in one year) since Covid. Our 2 pups (Brittanies) love how spoiled they are by the community! We've stayed at many places and this was our favorite! The kitchen was upscale & both master bedrooms suites were incredible. Can't wait to come back!

The Beach House is so charming. It was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving vacation. It was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen is very well stocked. I had everything I needed for cooking such a big dinner. The appliances are awesome! The layout of the house was perfect and I loved the décor-we felt so at home. The kids loved the bedrooms upstairs. My 11 year old daughter loved the pink room. My 14 year old liked the master upstairs. He was king for the week! Everyone having their own full bath kept the peace:) The pool area is very nice and spacious. The front yard is great for the dogs. The owners did a fabulous job all around, and the rental staff is the BEST we have worked with as long as we’ve been vacationing on the island. We appreciate the fact that housekeeping didn’t arrive early adding to the pressure of getting out on time. This has happened to us in the past and is why we tried Lilmar. So glad we did! Thanks for your part in the best week for our family. Also, VayKLife had our bikes there upon arrival-great, safe gear and customer service. We can’t wait to return!

Girls weekend celebrating birthdays and the house had everything you could need and more! Ice chest, good size refrigerator and just the right size for 9 women. Pool was perfect and heated on request. Beautifully decorated and no complaints on sleeping comfort. We will be back!

Great house and wonderful service. House was cleaned and ready for our arrival. Communication was easy during our stay. The house was well appointed and about 8-10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our Labor Day weekend stay at Breezy Bliss! The house was SO convenient to the beach and many other activities plus restaurants and shops. The interior was beautifully decorated and we loved the outdoor small pool with a gas grill and plenty of seating. We played games in the front yard and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed, loved the built in ice machine. Thank you for a lovely family weekend in your lovely home!

You probably realized how comfortable this house is by the fact that we booked additional days. Walking in your house, you immediately feel at ease. Sometimes we spend half our time looking for hidden cameras! Not so! Book quickly, this is a prize home and location.

The Beach House exceeded our expectations! It was just the right amount of house for my family and our dog + an additional friend who came later in the week. The pool was great, and we used it every day. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc., and the beds were super comfy. The house was equipped with all the items we would have needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. We comfortably fit 4 couples and 1 infant (9 people total) and there was room for more! The response of the management company was exceptional. We had wifi issues the first day (user error) but they were on top of it and ready to assist us with anything we needed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a cozy and accommodating home with a large family.

This house was beautiful and was exactly as described. Loved the neighborhood, so very quiet and great for walking and bike riding. Kitchen had absolutely everything we needed! The pool area was perfect and so private. Loved the beachy decorations in the house! Would book again!
