Latitude Adjustment

The house and location were perfect . It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed . We appreciated the cleanliness of the house and the quality of the furnishings . The pool area was the best with an outdoor bar, tv, seating areas , putting green and bocce court ! The location was close to the village and beaches . I wish we could have stayed longer , but we will definitely be back !

Our stay at Latitude adjustment was fantastic. The house had a great location, close to the village and beaches. It was Beautifully decorated and the kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool area was our favorite part, with the outdoor bar, the big TV , seating and lounging areas. The Lilmar agents were very thoughtful and accommodating. We will definitely be going back !

We really enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 4. Everything in town was a short walk or bike ride away. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to St Simons.

My parents and I escaped to the beach for a few days. The house was perfect - clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood and walkable to Ocean Blvd and the beach. Easy check in / no issues

This house checked a lot of boxes for us! Although it isn’t sitting near the beach it wasn’t bad at all to head over for a beach day by car from the location. The house itself is an oasis with the great outdoor spaces. The pool was awesome, we had fun practicing our putting on the putting green and just hanging out watching tv by the pool in the evenings. The downtown area with restaurants, shopping , etc. were close by as well as grocery stores and other restaurants. We love the SSI vibe and will definitely rent from Lilmar again. We were not first time customers and we will definitely use them again.

The house was just as the pictures shown! Very spacious. Kitchen was a great hangout for family game night. The pool was the perfect size for our kids. Beds were comfortable and kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The neighborhood was quiet and not a busy area. We enjoyed our stay definitely will be back!

We were delighted to spend time in this vacation home. Our children loved the pool and at the time of our stay the pool was heated and perfect temperature to enjoy in the cool nights. Beds were very comfortable. The master room bath tub was a plus for this mom of 6. I was able to have my me time soaking. My husband and the kids enjoyed the board games that were there. The house exceeded our expectations. We agree this is a spot we will love to revisit again !

We stayed for a week at Latitude Adjustment. The home, the yard and the location are spectacular! Exactly as pictured. Super clean. All the beds have fabulous mattresses and are super comfy. The location is so convenient to the beach, shops, coffee, restaurants, etc. And, the backyard is an oasis by itself! So much room to relax, hang out, and enjoy the pool! A real 5 star location!

Check in was incredibly easy. Just show up at property enter the front door code and you are in. Departuring just as easy. The house was spotless. Master bedroom on first floor with attached master bath. Upstairs had 2 bedrooms and a living room area. My grandson used the upstairs like a suite. The pool was really great especially since the temps were in the 90s all week. The house was so good if it ever goes on the market we will consider buying it. It was short 7 minute drive to beach and about 6 minute drive to downtown area where we eat. The lighthouse and pier are there. You could walk to both the East beach and downtown area-but we drove because it was just so hot. The house came stocked with starter kits for the kitchen-paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap. Full equiped kitchen. We have stayed at houses in the Outer Banks for 6 years. They dont touch this house. It was great and we will be back.

We had a great long weekend at Latitude Adjustment. The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well stocked (we definitely over packed). The property is tucked away and was very quiet, but a very short and easy drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It's the perfect size for our family of 4, but we could see two families easily enjoying the property together.

This is the second time we have rented this home. It is so comfortable! We loved the decor and spent a lot of time in the pool. The house was immaculate when we arrived! I can't say enough good things about this vacation spot!

Enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment. House was clean and cozy. Teenagers loved the pool and outdoor space. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Location is good, was easy to get to beach and pier/shopping. I would definitely return.

Just spent a week at Latitude adjustment for spring break. We had two families with teenagers. There was enough space for everyone to spread out a bit. We all loved the pool. The house was clean and had a comfortable feel to it. Kitchen was very well stocked(much better than other homes I have stayed in). We enjoyed the island as a whole too, for a spring break destination. I will certainly consider returning. The weather was amazing, dining, shopping and activities for all without the chaos of some spring break locations. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our time in this property. The house had everything we needed. Besides the food, we didn’t really need to bring any “extra” to make the house more comfortable. The heated pool was great for this time of year and the beach was only a 5 minutes drive away. We hope to be back soon!

Was looking for a quiet getaway to celebrate anniversary and definitely found a great property! Fantastic amenities with emphasis on enjoying the stay. The outdoor setup - patio, pool, bar, yard - was perfect and spent more time out than in. Easy access to sights and downtown activities. Definitely finding a way to get back again and will strongly recommend to anyone.

What a beautiful home! We were so comfortable, house had everything we needed, well stocked kitchen, lots of pool toys, beach chairs, extra cleaning supplies like dish soap. They provided very nice Nest shampoo, conditioner and lotion which I don’t usually expect with a home rental. I was a little worried about the driveway with two golf carts, a truck and another car but everything fit. The cul de sac of new homes was very quiet and spaced nicely. We also enjoyed looking at the stars from the middle of the circle and you can see the lighthouse light from there. My only suggestion would be to add a laundry basket or two and some black out drapes would have been nice for the upstairs bedroom that faces the street light but neither of these things were a big deal.

Just finished a week at St Simons latitude Adjustment. The house was awesome. We had 3 teens with us that loved the pool and TV facing the pool. It was a great space to hang out and watch outdoor movies. The house was great, new and beautifully decorated. I was also glad to see there was a blender in the kitchen for morning smoothies. Latitude Attitude is an amazing vacation home! The homeowners have literally provided everything you need to have a stellar vacation. The location is optimal to walk, ride bikes or a short ride away to the beach, the village, grocery store and coffee shop. Our college students commented on how part of the fun was getting to each destination. The pool is very private and gets nice island breezes. One evening we watched a play-off basketball game from the pool and outdoor bar area. Although located near the island airport we never heard air traffic. We made fantastic memories and look forward to coming back.

This was our first time on St. Simons Island and we had a list of things to do but as soon as we stepped into Latitude Adjustment we didn’t want to leave. The house is visually stunning and it had everything you needed. Most of our time was spent by the pool. Even had a movie night under the stars. We went to the local grocery store and brought things to grill. We have 2 teenage boys and they each had their own space to sleep and chill. This home is perfect for families. But it’s even more perfect for an all-adult getaway. Will definitely recommend to all I know looking for paradise. Manage Response: Thank you very much.
