Property is well located and comfortable. Very clean. Bed linen quality could be better. Television in master bedroom of limited use as when we had it on, it would cut out and the alert, “too many devices were connected to YouTube TV” would appear.

Everything about the condo was great. The only issue was the front door keypad. It did not light up. The door was unlocked when we arrived, and we were not able to get it to lock when we left.

Our stay was wonderful!! Our only complaint would be there were no hooks for towels to hang or wet bathing suits to hang to dry. None on back of doors, etc. I think that would be an easy add! Otherwise, it was perfection. Thank you!!!!

#148 was horrible! It was half the size of a different condo that I’ve stayed in on the same property. The living room was tiny and the furniture could not have been more uncomfortable. We had 4 people and could not gather there comfortably. The kitchen was not well apportioned and lacked simple things like scissors. The beach towels were children’s towels. Not for adults or teenagers. The thermostat was broken. I called about this but the person that responded seemed hesitant to come out and fix it. I will think twice before booking again with Lilmar.

We had high hopes for this condo based on the previous reviews and great location. The location is perfect on the ground level. You can walk right out on to the beach or over to the King and Prince pool. The condo is showing some age and needs a deep, thorough cleaning. There is obvious water damage to the living room and master room that has not been addressed. The master shower is covered in mold to a point that it cannot even be cleaned. All the mattresses are covered with a very thick memory foam type pad which make them very squishy (I get this is a preference, but the pads slide around and felt like you were sinking into them. It just felt gross). There is lots of dust and spider webs in corners. We killed multiple bugs during our stay (more than would be normal in a humid environment). The kitchen is stocked but very disorganized. The appliances were the nicest thing in the condo. The living room furniture is not very comfortable. Seems like something from a waiting room. It did at least seems cleaner, because of the leather material, compared to the rest of the condo. The entire places smells old and dirty. Our clothing smells after returning home. Every corner or under every surface is covered in dust, hair, food, etc. It seems it hasn't been cleaned, other than a surface wipe down, in a long time. Thankfully, our family rented another condo in the same building so we stayed there most of the week. For the cost, there are very nice and clean condos in this building. We definitely will not rent from this agency again.

This is our 2nd stay at this Villa. The best part about it is young children can walk right out the back door and play while we supervise. Beach access is also very easy. The king bed is extremely comfortable. Indoor and outdoor seating is ample. Both this year and last, a vehicle blocked the gate between us and the main pools at King and Prince. It would be nice if K&P had a sign for beach goers to see so they know not to park there. Suggestions for making our stay even better: 1. Throw blankets 2. Large dust broom (more effective than a kitchen broom to clean up sand) 3. Cutting boards 4. Water hose near property for washing feet again prior to entering (in addition to beach and pool washing station) We'll definitely look at staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay again this year! The kitchen was stocked with nice cooking equipment. The condo accommodated our family of six comfortably. One major complaint, however, is that the master bed was unbelievably soft and uncomfortable leaving us with restless nights and back aches. At the price of renting this condo I would have hoped to sleep on a better, newer bed. Due to this situation, we will not return to this property next year. P.S. We did see two small live cockroaches in the kitchen near the frig. :/

We really enjoyed our stay at this King & Prince condo. It was wonderful being on the ground floor, allowing our grand babies to run around outside in the mornings. The beach was easily accessible, as was the main pool area at King and Prince. The toys in the unit were really enjoyed, and the beach gear credit really came in handy. The kiddie pool is perfect for the little ones, and one of them came home knowing how to swim! The beds were REALLY comfortable. I'd prefer some carpeting/rugs in the bedroom so we weren't always feeling sand underfoot, but understand the reasoning behind tile. The rental agency responded quickly to any questions and/or concerns. Note to the rental agency: the bathroom and bedroom doors could use some WD-40! We had a great stay.

What a nice place to stay! The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The Murphy bed was as comfortable as the other beds! We had everything we needed! Only steps from the beach!!!

This condo has so much to offer! Location is excellent. We spent most of our time outside on the patio or on the beach. The great room furnishings are not comfortable. Being a perfect fit for the elderly client, the addition of a comfortable sofa and/ or chair would be a plus. The secondary mattresses need replacing. The master has very comfortable bedding. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Check in and out was seamless. Thank you!

Overall a vey nice unit in a great location. The kitchen was well equipped along with newer appliances. We would suggest one improvement, which is to provide better mattress toppers. The current ones were like sleeping in quicksand. We realize that mattresses are very difficult to adapt to every need, but these were very uncomfortable. Aside from the mattresses, we had a great stay!

Location is top notch. Cleanliness amazing. Comfortable bedding. Check in procedure and emails couldn't be better. Couches are extremely uncomfortable. Pricing is pretty high at just over $600 per night.

We also encountered a TV problem but a person was sent right away to address the issue. We really enjoyed our time there and would go back again.

We travel often and have stayed in a lot of rental properties. This was probably the best we have ever stayed in. Very well stocked, everything you need, nice beds, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, extras etc. In addition, the location can’t be beat! The view was beautiful and it was so nice with our 3 year old to be able to walk out the porch door and have the beach right there! And the pools are directly to your left. She also loved playing in the grass out back as well. The King and Prince resort is a lovely place as well. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

This condo has clearly been recently renovated and updated and it is beautiful. This kitchen was probably the best stocked of any condo I have rented. Bedrooms were spacious and the Murphy bed was a great addition. Overall we were very pleased with this villa and the location was perfect.

We loved our time at the King & Prince! It is an amazing resort with unmatched amenities. The Unit was perfect for our family with two small kids and a grandparent in tow! Since the unit is on the bottom floor, it is so accessible when you need to lug a ton of stuff to the beach or pool for the kids. We will definitely be back!

I love the updated property. Everything was in place just as the owner said. Modern kitchen appliance's and showers. I would definitely stay here again. I would encourage a consideration replacing the Mattress in the Master Bedroom. Seemed like we were sleeping in a hole all weekend. As a property owner, I would consider the significant changes occurring at the beach level. The ocean know seems like 200- 300 yards away now. I really see some longer term issues if this change is not addressed my the local government. I love Saint Simoos Beach but the changes occuring are a serious issue.

Wonderful condo. Well stocked and clean. Very quiet (once we were inside - see below); just the gentle sounds of the ocean at night. Great location by the resort pool and beach. Would stay here again One note - the unit is next door to the "electrical room", and some equipment in there was beeping the entire week we were there. We could only hear it upon entry/exit to our front door. We alerted the property manager and facilities person on day one, but it was still beeping when we left.

First, we were ecstatic when we arrived as the property exceeded our expectations. I only wished we had seen the rolling carts when we first unloaded. Nevertheless we were able to use one when we checked out. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I can tell they really take care of the property. We felt like royalty. To top it off, The view of the ocean from the Master was just breathtaking. A MUST see! Communicating with Adam was quick and easy. We didn't want to leave.

This condo is part of a larger hotel resort on the Atlantic. Our unit faced the back lawn and ocean and we got wonderful sunrises. It was very quiet and the unit was in very good condition (it's an older complex). Condo guests were able to use the hotel's large pool deck which was really great. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. A few *very* small negatives: . We had some difficulty opening the cover of the lockbox on the front door which held our keys. It should probably be replaced. . The manager's instructions gave the wrong info for the wi-fi network. We alerted them via text and it was quickly resolved. . We only received an allocation of two dishwasher pods for five nights. Would probably be better to have as many pods as nights. Again, a very small thing. . The knives in the kitchen needed sharpening. . There were no coffee filters for the coffee maker, so we bought some. Again, this is a very nice unit and we would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely and fun stay here and especially enjoyed the location and view. So convenient to pop down to the beach for a walk or swim. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the early evening with a cocktail, the ocean view, and the sounds of waves. The villa had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. This year of all years our annual family vacation to Saint Simons Island was desperately needed. We were so pleased with the condo at the King and Prince resort. We are never disappointed when we stay at that resort. We could sit on the patio in the morning and have a coffee while looking at the ocean and then sit on that same patio in the evening with our wine. Our grandchildren came down for part of the week and the proximity to the pool was absolutely perfect! We have moved to Virginia so we aren’t as close as we used to be to the Georgia coast so I’m not sure about future trips but we most definitely will stay here again if we ever are able to make it back down to Saint Simons.

Great property in King and Prince. This villa is in a fantastic location. Only issue was air conditioning, it was much hotter in bedrooms than the rest of the unit. We kept drapes closed all afternoon and that seemed to help the temp of bedrooms. We would rent this unit again.

Great location in King and Prince. Be sure to remember all your supplies as there are no extra products in this unit. They only provide one garbage bag for the unit and garbage can is out of the way. There are also no beach chairs or umbrella provided in this unit. There are some sand toys in the storage closet.

Saint Simons Island is our favorite vacation spot, especially the King and Prince. Our family has been going to SSI every year for 29 years now. We were very pleased with the condo this year. You can sit on the back patio and see the ocean—so relaxing. Our grandchildren were with us so having close proximity to both the beach and the pool was very important. I would say the one thing that could be improved is room access.The lockbox on the door is very cumbersome and difficult to see the numbers . Also to have another set of keys would be nice. Our children were coming and going on their own so we always had to leave the key in the lock box. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay and we hope to be able to stay there again!

We actually had both of those booked this spring, but they were both canceled due to the pandemic. So this was our third choice of vacations and I was nervous to try something new. We were so pleasantly surprised with this entire vacation! The condo was clean and well appointed. Being on the ground floor made the beach access so easy. My kids loved to picnic and play in the grassy area right outside our patio. We spent our days at the beach and our nights at the pool. We loved the location because the pier area is just a 20 minute walk through town. We walked there every night for dinner. So many great stores and restaurants to explore. My teenagers said this was the best vacation we have ever taken! We will definitely return to this area and this exact property if possible!

5 out of 5 Stars. My wife picked the property without knowing about St Simons Island and we were amazed at how lucky we got. The condo was immaculate, well appointed and comfortable. It came down to Location, location, location. 80 steps to the pool or jacuzzi, 100 steps to the beach and a reserved covered parking spot. We loved the walk out first floor access to the pool! Don’t forget to bring your bikes. You can ride down the beach for miles or a quick 5 min ride to town. The King and Prince was wonderful as well. Friendly staff and everything you need to relax. It might have been our first trip to St Simons, but it won’t be our last.

This was our second stay and we really enjoy this condo. The location, the updated new kitchen and Adam is quick to respond to any issues. Last year we had a few issues when we first arrived and Adam was there within the hour to personally resolve it. This year we had no issues, it was a great 2 months. We will be returning next year.

Our family of 6 came down from New York for a vacation and stayed for a week. We have 2 teenagers and a 5 and 6 yr old. This place could not have been better for our stay! It is super spacious. The master bedroom is opposite the hallway from the 2 twin beds which our teens loved to have their own space and bathroom. My husband and I enjoyed the large comfy bed, the enormous bathroom and walk in shower, and the private door to the patio at night and for our early morning coffee. My little guys were in love with the Murphy Bed (the "hidden bed") that comes down from the living room wall which was perfect for them and close enough to our room in case they woke up. They thought the full height knight statue decor was also amazing and watching over them. It was literally a few steps to the beach and we took full advantage of waking the kids up early to head down to the beach and watch the beautiful sunrises several mornings. The pool area was awesome as well with several pools to choose from. There was one smaller 1 foot for the small kids, a 3 foot and a larger one that was heated that went up to 5 ft. My husband and I treated ourselves to dinner at "Echo" the restaurant on the resort, which was delicious and had patio seating right on the ocean. The beach was our favorite spot and was never crowded. The tides went so far out some days that my kids loved to walk out and see all the crabs and jellyfish or shells washed up. We rented beach bikes one day and had the best time cruising down the beach on them, even our little guys could pedal and steer them. The property was well maintained and this specific property was fully equipped for everything we needed. We bought groceries for the week and were able to cook every meal with the pans and utensils provided. The kitchen was well laid out and offered both a full coffee pot and a Keurig for our morning brew. The owners have thought of everything with even extra beach towels, bedding and beach toys. The furniture is modern and clean with new tvs in every room. We cannot say enough great things about this space and would definitely request it again!

A very enjoyable, relaxing stay. The villa was clean and comfortable. The only thing that would have made it better is if it had been on the 2nd or 3rd floor due to the amount of people walking by to get to the beach area. The private pool, just for the villas, was great and not packed like the main pool.

This condo was terrific! My family had such a great time. The condo is located on the first floor which made unloading and loading with 3 small kids very easy. The sliding glass door and patio opens onto a grassy lawn right next to the beach. We were able to keep all of our beach stuff loaded up on the patio and pull it right out to the beach each day. The condo is newly renovated with beautiful countertops, tile, furnishings, etc. All of the linens were high quality. Everything we needed was provided. It was very clean except for the floor, which is somewhat expected at the beach. We did get a Swiffer Vac to help with that. However, we are a little more sensitive to this due to having a baby crawling around. We would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Our family loved this property! The ground level location allowed us such easy access to the beach right out the back door. The kids loved playing on the grassy lawn just outside. The owners have done such a wonderful job with the new renovation. The tile flooring, updated baths, and kitchen are perfect. No complaints. We will be back soon.
