The open-concept main living level offers guests multiple areas to gather and relax both indoors and on the private screened porch. The large kitchen offers views of Gould's Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean along with a Viking refrigerator and a six burner gas range. Guests will enjoy the ambience of dining al fresco on the screened porch with views of the tropical backyards and new pool and spa below.
The Primary Bedroom Suite is located on the main living level (2nd level) and the three Guest Suites, all with their own en suite bathrooms are located downstairs on the Terrace Level. The Terrace Level offers guests a secondary den area with an HD TV as well as a large laundry room area, perfectly suited for your entry to the home after a fun day at the beach! A secondary laundry is located in the Primary Suite bathroom. Additionally, there is an extra sleeping area equipped with a bunk bed, featuring a full lower bed and a single twin upper bed, perfect for guests or kids.
The Terrace Level of the home allows guests direct access to the Terrace screened porch and the pool & spa area. The heated pool and spa (upon request for a fee of $65 / day) is the perfect place to unwind and find your island time. The pool and backyard were completely renovated in 2023, now offering the spa as an extra amenity area to enjoy!
