We have been vacationing in Saint Simons for several years now! This was our first time staying in this house! This house was beautiful, clean, and spacious! My husband and I only used one floor! The house was decorated very nice! We enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings! The heated pool was very relaxing! There was a pool bathroom and which was great to use after swimming in the pool! The backyard had a lovely view of the marsh and you can see the ocean from the porch in the distance! Miranda went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our stay in the High Tide house! We were happy! Thank you!

This home is beautiful, clean, and very close to all shops and restaurants. The view, though not an Ocean View per se, is fabulous of the Marsh. The backyard area is stunning.

We have grown kids with busy schedules. We needed a great place to get together and relax. This was perfect. The house was spacious and open and plenty of room to accommodate all 9 of us. The outdoor space was wonderful and plenty of room to have dinners all together. Everyone had the best time!

I really can't say enough about this property...while there were only 4 of us on this trip, there is plenty of room to have another 6-8 people in the house easily. The property was super clean, had everything you could possibly want in the kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The pool was amazing (I would suggest getting it heated depending on when you go because the water was a little chilly in April even with warm weather). The fire pit at night was amazing and relaxing as well. If I had to lodge one complaint (and this is a minor one)...the dishwasher doesn't do the greatest job and I think it is because the water in the kitchen sink doesn't seem to get as hot as the other bathrooms in the house. Was odd but not enough to stop us from cooking. We just hand washed most things and rewashed whatever the dishwasher didn't get. Don't let that one small thing stop you from going to this property...it was an absolutely amazing property and we look forward to going back annually if we can.

We absolutely loved High Tide! It is beautifully decorated, spacious, and oh-so-livable! We loved the decks on both levels that ran the width of the home where you could truly unwind, relax, and take in the extraordinary marsh views, great egrets and all. Conveniently located, we were able to take the bikes out that are for guests and tour around the area, seeing different sites than in a car. We look forward to returning to this lovely getaway spot again, hopefully soon!

we had an absolutely wonderful time from beginning to end! We are in the process of renovating our kitchen and would not be able to accommodate our kids while they were in town with our grandchildren so we decided to rent High Tide. It was the perfect location. It is nestled back in the middle of a little cul-de-sac overlooking the marsh with a distant view of the ocean so we always had a nice breeze. The house was fully stocked with anything that you could imagine you might need. Extra towels, extra beach towels, plenty of dishes and glasses, cookware, etc. the kitchen was huge and the perfect place to cook meals for the family. We barbecued almost every night and swam in the pool times a day. The house is beautifully decorated and while we had to call Lilmar for a few small things, they answered immediately , and had someone come to the house to fix or repair it. The beds were comfortable and we were captivated by watching the tide come in every evening. The fire pit was amazing and a nice way to end the night. I could not give this house a higher rating. It was worth every single penny and we plan on coming back.

High Tide was a great house. Our original rental at the K & P had a plumbing emergency, so the Lilmar team put us here. It was a beautiful house, very well equipped and a heated pool. Very easy to use appliances, TVs and other amenities such as the elevator. The house is tucked back in a neighborhood on Gould's inlet. Very private and the only noise we heard was a neighboring rooster crowing at various times during the day. The ONLY downside we would say was that it was 1.8 miles from the K&P (our original booking) so we had to drive or uber everywhere, including all of the restaurants, which was not our original intention...we would prefer walkability but not a downside to the house. Would be a great rental for a large family or 2 families.

Our stay at High Tide was unbelievable. It is an amazing home with so much room. The weather was incredible. Not terribly hot and we used almost every amenity they offered. We heated the pool which was awesome. We made S'more's by the fire and the view is magnificent!!! I highly recommend this house to host your family and friends. Thank you to the owner's of this home. We hope to come for a week next year.

We spent 6 lovely days at Hide Tide and couldn’t have had a better stay. It was spacious, had decks off of every room, and had all of the elements that make a stay perfect - comfortable beds, large kitchen with all the amenities, common areas fit for a group however many separate areas to go and relax in. Our family thoroughly enjoyed High Tide. The kitchen was perfect for my foodie husband. The views were beyond amazing (we even saw deer scampering across the marsh). Everyone was comfortable (in a group with varying ages). The surrounding neighborhood was a comfortable walk and nothing we wanted to do in St. Simons was very far. Several of our group members really enjoyed the bicycles too. It was a great stay!

The house was very clean. The primary suites were fantastic with en-suite bathrooms also amazing. The home is three stories and everyone had plenty of space. Even though the pool looks small in the pictures it really isn’t we had a total of four adults and five kids in it at one point. The location is quiet and pretty private. The home has an elevator for anyone who may need it.We bought groceries and we made great use of the chefs kitchen and the grill. An earlier checkin and a later checkout would make you feel like you are getting the most bang for your buck. We plan to book again for a girls weekend. We will be back for sure!!

This house was a great house for our family, it was a major part of a great first experience in St. Simons. Very clean, communication was great, they even cut the entry lights on for us before we got there. We were running behind on arriving so we let them know it would be dark before got there, they responded quickly and said no problem, we will cut some lights on for you!

Our family enjoyed staying at High Tide! It's a very spacious home with all kinds of perks suitable for all ages. The screened in porches were a huge plus! With a few tweaks, this property would be perfect! The property managers were very responsive which was appreciated. The home is not as isolated as we thought however, the location is fine. There are 2 homes very close by so it could potentially get noisy if the other homes are occupied during your stay. There were people working on the home next door which was slightly bothersome do to the loud noise of the machinery and hammering very early in the mornings and throughout the day. We knew it was temporary so we did our best to ignore it and carryon with our vacay. Overall, we'd stay again a day recommend this place for anyone seeking a relaxing home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay though disappointed in the lack of security around the pool. The house is beautifully located off in what feels like the country though it's so close to the center of the island. We we absolutely loved watching the sunrise over the ocean and marsh from the master upstairs and office.

A lovely house with marsh views. Fully equipped. Even small details, like nightlights in hallways and bathrooms, were taken care of. We always bring a bin of house supplies and this time we really didn’t need anything out of it. The starter supplies were awesome. Loved the heated pool on chilly days!! And plentiful firewood. Being picky, additional bathroom towel bars would be really helpful, especially in main level master. Less throw pillows and spreads/blankets would also be helpful. They make for nice decoration on arrival, but end up folded on the closet floor for the week. There was also a lot of random linens in the closets that probably need to be returned to inventory. Should we return to St.Simon, we will consider this house again and will definitely look at Lilimar Properties first!

Fantastic home with multiple comfortable spaces to spread out in. Fantastic large kitchen space and walk isles that pictures don't do justice to. Comfortable beds and bedrooms. The multiple decks with comfortable seating, the pool house bathroom and kitchen, the grill, the pool, the media room, office all contributed to a fantastic holiday home. A few maintenance issues to be ironed out by the owner and managers would leave this space as a 5 star experience. We were down one functioning shower during our stay which was a serious blemish.
