The middle floor is the heart of the home featuring an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living floor plan. The kitchen is a gourmet chef's delight, with a gas stovetop, stainless refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a deep double sink. New granite counters and plenty of cabinets grace this generously equipped kitchen. You'll love serving meals in the adjacent dining area at a handmade, reclaimed barn wood plantation table seating eight and four more at the granite breakfast bar. Sip coffee from the porch made from either the Keurig or the regular coffee maker. There's both a toaster and a commercial-grade waffle maker when you need them.
