Newly listed and renovated, this cute dog friendly 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom cottage is located on a quiet street that is popular due to it's close walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the dog park! The open concept kitchen, sitting area and dining space is the perfect place to relax as a group. Adjacent is a perfectly suited living room area with plenty of seating and a large HD Smart TV to enjoy a movie or the game! The cottage offers three guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a quaint en suite bathroom with a shower. The two guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a bath tub. The fully fenced backyard is a great space to enjoy yard games while ensuring that your pups are safe!
Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days from arrival - 100% refund
14 days from arrival - 50% refund
**To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Lilmar Properties strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance which is offered by Lilmar Properties during checkout or after booking. Contact Lilmar Properties with any questions.

- Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.
- Dogs are allowed with a $150 fee per dog (2 dog maximum)
- Linens (Bath towels, beach towels & bed sheets) provided
- Check In: 4:00pm Check out: 10:00am
- 1/4 mile to the beach (5 minute walk down Demere Rd)
- Parking for four vehicles
- Minimum Age Requirement of 25 years of Age to Rent the Property.
