We weathered out a tropical storm here and couldn’t have asked for a better house. The property was perfectly located to shops, food, and everything we wanted to visit (after the storm). Upon arrival and during our stay, we had everything we needed because the house was so well equipped. Although we didn’t use things like the beach chairs this trip, we loved having the option to grab and go. Arrival, check-in, and check-out was seamless which I really appreciated. A huge plus was our pup absolutely loved the fenced yard. The walkability of the neighborhood can’t be understated either. Every morning we took a stroll around the neighborhood and walked to get a coffee by the pier. We loved our stay and will be back hopefully sooner rather than later.

By far our favorite location to stay is on this street. We’ve been coming to SSI for 13 years and this street is so quiet yet walkable to many things. The home was clean and comfortable, and having a big yard for our dog was wonderful. I wish the yard was accessible from the home directly (you need to walk your dog to the yard from the carport steps which is only a few steps but for our dog meant leashing up each time), but that’s a small thing. Overall this is a fantastic home and we had a really lovely time here. Would definitely rent this place again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! This was our first (of many more) trip to St Simons. We immediately felt right at home in our cozy retreat and made many wonderful memories. Wonderful location!!! We are counting down the days until we can return!

The house is very cozy, we loved it! It has everything you need. It's a short lovely walk to the beach and pier. SSI is so beautiful and has so much to explore. We hope to visit again.

Rental was clean and ready for us. Have 2 concerns. Both showers, there is no way to reduce pressure for shower head, second, steps from carport to kitchen top step is not high enough in relation to kitchen floor. High step up getting in and long step down to first step getting out.

House was very clean, well stocked and very nice location. Only one small problem. The tv in the bedroom with the bath did not have the correct you tube app to watch channels. The black you tube app is missing.

We had a great spring break stay here. The location is excellent - walking distance to the Pier, multiple parks, and the beach (if you’re up for it!). The house is very comfortable and well provisioned in the kitchen. Our golden retriever loved the big back yard and the fact that everywhere on the island is super dog friendly. The communication from Lilmar was fantastic - I knew exactly what to do and who to call if we needed anything (but we didn’t need anything because everything was as expected and in great working order). We fell in love with SSI and will definitely be back.

30 years ago my mother-in-law visited St. Simons. She wanted her last trip to be a return visit. The (3) bedrooms allowed for her daughters to stay and enjoy. The property was clean, spacious and close to the beach and pier. Great experience. I would highly recommend the property and the manager. Jennifer was quick to respond to minor issues and satisfactorially resolve.

First time staying here and would definitely stay here again. This home is nicely decorated and very comfortable. It feels like home. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog.

We LOVED Cozy Coastal Cottage! The house was easy to find, it was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for the village and the beaches. The family loved the house and our doodles absolutely loved the backyard! Highly recommend!
