My family and I stayed at the Blue Heaven for my wife’s 50th birthday celebration. The property was wonderfully located and was perfect. We especially enjoyed the wrap-around porch. We’d definitely rent again.

Our stay at Blue Heaven exceeded our expectations in every way. Tucked away in East Beach the home is quiet, private and an amazing space to gather with friends. Our family of four stayed the long weekend with our friends’ family (also 4). We had plenty of space for us all to relax. We loved all the board games, the fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils and cooking items you could need, the amazing pool and the short walk to the beach. I highly recommend renting beach gear as it made the beach time so nice and was easy to transport on the short walk there. We will definitely be returning in the future to this perfect little piece of St Simons!

We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Heaven. The home is well appointed and equipped for a wonderful vacation. The location is excellent and the walk to the beach is as advertised and is just a short walk from the home. The team at Lilmar provided a seamless process from booking to checkout. They responded within minutes to a couple of issues we bought to their attention, like literally at the home within minutes. From all the beach gear, pool toys, and games provided, our family enjoyed a fantastic vacation. We will definitely book with Lilmar again!!

This house was perfect. The location was fantastic. Just minutes to the beach through a small wooded path, then dunes and a wide, uncrowded beach. Approximately 75 yards. Neighborhood was quiet. The house was spacious and supplied with everything we needed. Even beach equipment such as beach towels, chairs, wagon, umbrella, boogie boards were included; even bikes. The salt water pool was perfect and included pool toys for the kids. The house was very clean and kitchen well equipped. Beds were comfortable. I would rent this property again without hesitation. Prior to writing this review I asked the other three adults that were with me if they had any negative comments and all three answered, "no". We had a wonderful vacation!

We loved everything about the property! The kitchen, size of bedrooms and the wraparound porch. Location is ideal and the path to the beach is easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

Two sets of grandparents, one set of parents and 3 little kids. This place was perfect. Supplied with anything you could possibly need for us all! Clean, well stocked. Lilmar could not have been better as well! They even had a meat thermometer we used as well as cake pans for a quick birthday celebration. We will be back!

The house was very well equipped. Our only thought was that we would’ve brought less stuff if more was listed (for example there were 6 beach chairs, a canvas wagon, a pack and play and a high chair). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, huge amount of refrigerator space and ovens/range. We loved having a water cooler available and when we needed extra water it was delivered quickly. The beach access was close enough and never was crowded. The salt water pool was mostly shaded which was great for our 7 month grandson. It was tricky to bathe him in a shower. We discovered that we could use the kitchen sink for his bath on our last day. There even were bikes to use. One did seem to have a flat tire but we didn’t ask to have it fixed since we only needed 2 at a time. It was an easy drive to check out Jekyll Island too. We found lots of great restaurants. We would love to stay here again. It was a very relaxing spot.

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our family. The shaded pool was great. Just a short walk to the beach. The extras like ice maker, beverage drawers and an elevator made our stay easy. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a fabulous beach house on East Beach.

The newly renovated home is beautiful and very well appointed with top of the line appliances and furnishings. The beds were comfortable, and the home was very clean upon our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking another vacation at Blue Heaven!!

Blue Heaven is a Beautiful home in a Great location!!!! It has everything you need from plenty of kitchen supplies to beach towels! It is even stocked with beach chairs and a wagon to help transport every thing you need to the beach! We can’t wait to return to SSI and Blue Heaven!!! Lilmar was so easy to work with and kept us informed of check in and check out information! Great company representing a Gorgeous home!

We really enjoyed the house and the way it is set up plenty of space for our family. A short walk to the beach and we spent plenty of hours in the pool. We had an incredible experience staying at this property. The walk to the beach was not far at all. This location was convenient to food and shopping! The house itself was awesome. Beautifully decorated, tons of space, great parking, and very clean. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

After years of travel and staying at various places with various property management groups, this experience was by far our favorite and the best. The property was ready on time and extremely clean. Things were labeled to help answer any questions that might arise, love that! The check out instructions were direct and easy to follow, making the process extremely easy. Everyone we spoke with at the company was knowledgeable, kind and so welcoming. This specific property was incredible. Beautiful home, great size and walking distance to the beach. Not to mention extremely accessible to the rest of the island. We loved our stay and will definitely book again!!

Our first trip to St. Simon's Island and it was wonderful. Beautiful home! Very comfortable furniture (including beds!), plenty of room, but the pool was the absolute best! Went for my granddaughter's 11th birthday and she never got out of it! Fully stocked kitchen was so great when cooking and the decks were so nice in the evening! The only thing that was a little different than expected was the walk to the beach. It's a little farther than we thought, and the beach access was a jungle path lol but not in a bad way. The walk through the dunes was a bit more than expected for sure, especially when trying to carry beach items for the day (another plus for the pool!) Other than that, this was one of the best vacations ever and my grandkids will never forget it!

First, the home is beautiful and fully equipped. The property management team is amazing; we had a surprise storm system with a power outage and they responded in moments. The most incredible part though was how obvious it was that the owners had thought about the guest experience and provided whatever they thought might make it better. For example, the surprise weather brought a sharp drop in temperature. Of the homes our family was using to gather together Blue Heaven was the only one that had extra bed blankets and throw rugs to keep us cozy. So incredibly kind.

Blue Heaven exceeded all of our expectations. It was spotless, well decorated, and spacious. It was stocked with everything we could have needed other than food. The kitchen was beautiful and perfect for a family dinner. There were games for rainy days and even a beach cart to help haul all of our stuff the short walk to the beach. The WiFi was strong enough for all of our devices and allowed me to get a little work done. Everything was lovely. The communication from the rental company was also friendly and top notch. We could not have asked for a better rental experience for our MUCH needed family get together. Thank you for allowing us to stay in what is clearly a well loved home.

We can't say enough great things about this home. We have been visiting St. Simons Island for 13 years, and this house was the best one we've stayed in. It was absolutely immaculate - very, very clean. The kitchen is very well-stocked. We cook a lot, so this was wonderful to have everything we need to prepare meals. They did not leave anything out. There are refrigerator drawers in addition to the full size fridge, and a fridge in the garage - so it's perfect for a large group of people. They provided everything you need for the beach, too. The house is very comfortable and spacious, there was plenty of room to spread out. And, our favorite feature was the relaxing pool. It's a beautiful and well-appointed home. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we plan to rent Blue Heaven again. Highly recommend!
