My only comment is that the bedding for the sofa is inadequate. The comforter smells at this point and needs to be replaced.

Nice enough condo. Not bad but not great. Biggest feedback for the property is that you have to “walk” through nearly knee high stagnant water to get to beach. Mosquitoes an issue due to this. Boardwalk would have avoided this. The curtains were flimsy at best. Vacations are all about rest, cant rest when the sun comes blistering through early morning. Blackout liners would much improve the situation. Communications great from property management. Location on island great, condo and property just need a little extra to take it to a being a good value for the money..

Location, condo were as we expected being down the hall from our daughter. All our needs were met. We did miss the luxury of ceiling fans, especially in the bedrooms. We also had difficulty with the door combination sometimes taking us several tries to enter the condo. Our daughter-in -law had no problem though. We were blessed with wonderful weather.

The condo was great. Clean and fresh with comfortable furniture and bedding. Bathrooms had everything we needed as did the kitchen. The pool and access to the beach make this a must For a beach stay. The location to great to get to new and “been here forever” restaurants which makes it easy to find someplace even on the busiest summer nights. The staff was so helpful and guided us from our first moment of booking to our goodbyes.

Check in was easy. Liked the code system, didn’t have to worry about keys at the beach. Bedrooms were nice, beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer were small. Overall nice unit.

This condo was in a perfect location. It was walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive or bike ride to the pier/lighthouse. Great beach access and a nice pool but it is not heated so a little cold. Though we brought our own, we did see a few beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo. Some of the kitchen utensils were less than desirable. Check-in and check-out process is convenient.We had a great time on the island.

Great, nicely decorated condo with ocean views and lots of other amenities. Greatly enjoyed walking the beach and relaxing in the on-property hot tubs and pool. We'll definitely stay in this unit again!

I absolutely love this place,it is clean and plenty of parking and I get a 2 bedroom place which is roomy and all appliances and washer and dryer add to an enjoyable vacation. Our family had always booked hotels when on vacation. The wonderful experience has spoiled us forever. Beginning with the ease of booking and checking in without ever having to stand in line or wait. The accommodations were spot on. The property was secure with a keypad controlled gate. And the grounds were well kept. The beach was easily accessible and once over the very small dune the wagon we used rolled smoothly out to the Oceanside. It was incredibly peaceful in the evenings and not overcrowded in the daytime. This being our first family stay in a two bedroom condo type setting with two bathrooms and a comfortable living area really helped make our trip more enjoyable. We definitely would return to this specific property or any other available option on the grounds. In the future our family will search out this option for lodging before we consider the standard hotel room setting. Saint Simons Island was a great place to get away from the huge crowds normally seen in most coastal towns. We definitely will return to this area in the future. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Beach Club 432 was a great condo for our family. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 adults and a 9 month old. It was a short walk from the elevator and beach. It was clean which is the biggest thing for us. There were beach towels, sand toys available for you to use. The only negative thing I can say is the ice maker didn't work in the freezer and there is not an ice maker on property so we had to go out and get ice every day for our cooler. I would rent this place again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Club but mostly stayed at the pool. The beach is a pretty far away walk carrying your gear so be aware you can rent chairs/umbrellas that are already set up which will reduce the gear you have to carry. We were there for a wedding. The condo book had great suggestions for restaurants and activities.

We spent 3 nights on St. Simons Island and our property was centrally located to everything. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There were 4 adults and we had plenty of space to play cards, enjoy coffee on the balcony and not be tripping over each other. The pool was beautiful and the walk to the beach was short with plenty of things to see. We will definitely return!

We had a great time at beach club. This condo was very clean and we loved the updated, minimalistic decor. The building was quiet. The pool and beach are both just steps away. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to a variety of great restaurants. Everything went smoothly with our stay.

The condo did not have the number of beds shown on the picture. One of the bathrooms was not cleaned properly. The mattress of the sofa bed was dirty and not in good shape. a kitchen light was not working. We ended up moving to a different place, which was really nice.

That property recently switched out the twin beds in the 2nd room and put a queen size bed in there. There was communications sent to the guests regarding the change but we again apologize for the confusion. Thank you for your feedback and letting us know about the other items in the condo. The condo was nice. Slightly dated, but a nice and comfortable place. The amenities were nice. We used the pool and explored the others. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. An easy walk to a brewery and multiple restaurants.

Clean spacious & comfortable condo. Well equipped with most everything you would need. About a quarter mile from 2 nice restaurants & 1 & a half miles to Pier Village (where most of the action is). Nice swimming pool which we used often.

This property was amazing. The condo was modern, clean, and just the right size for our family of four. The pool was great and being right on the beach was perfect. When we weren’t in the ocean we would sit on the balcony and watch the waves roll in. The only critique I would give is that the Wi-Fi was pretty spotty. Not a huge issue since we were on vacation to get away from our phones and computers but it was frustrating at times when you needed it.

Excellent condo! Nice ocean view in a quiet building. Extremely clean and nice little touches like in-shower soaps and conditioner. Beds were comfortable. Only minor suggestion is maybe add rubber floor covers to the bottom of dining chairs out of respect for downstairs neighbors :)

I always enjoy visiting Saint Simons. So much to do and see in and around the area. This was my first time staying at Beach House and, for the money, the accommodations were great. Parking was tight and elevators in high demand. Beautiful beach view!

Quality level that of a Motel 6. Only two rolls of TP per bathroom, no tissues provided, Paper towels are the cheapest available that don’t absorb. Had to go to and buy additional products for our four night stay. Also no clocks

The condo was a dream. Beautifully decorated, with light, airy colors and upgraded granite countertops, exceptional (travertine?) master shower. Black out curtains in the master kept things dark for a great night’s sleep. Very classy, comfortable, and quiet. The pool area was quite nice, but the beach was out of this world. It was very wide even at high tide with lots of hard packed sand that made walking long distances and even biking enjoyable. The town is close by and has plenty of restaurants and shops, though most shops sell typical tourist-y items. The Witts were very responsive hosts. My visit was most relaxing, and I would definitely like a repeat experience at 432.

We had a great stay at Beach Club 432! This was our first family vacation and it met all our expectations. The room was well stocked with the things you need to live like you would in your own home. The pool was a short walk from our room and the beach was just past that. The pool was not overcrowded, even during peak times. Plenty of beach to pick a spot and set up shop, high or low tide. It was an eight minute walk to Crab Daddy's, Crab Shack, or Pelican Market. Five minute drive to the village shops and restaurants. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future visits to St. Simon's Island!

Beautiful unit! We had a great time! My only suggestion is that you need to resupply your dinnerware as it was very limited. Otherwise, everything was great!

One nice feature was a binder that had most if not all the restaurant's menus, phone numbers, etc. This made deciding where to eat much easier. The owners thought of everything. Plenty of chairs, towels, etc. There wasn't one time that I thought.." I wish the condo had this or that".

This lovely condo was perfect for my family. We loved being so close to the beach and swimming daily in the pool and ocean. The condo was in a quiet side of the complex which made it easier to sleep. The decor was lovely and everything was provided for guests including lots of towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials. Beth and Adam made sure we had everything we needed before we came to SSI, they are the best!! I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

This condo has a good view of the beach and a great pool as well as beach access. It was well appointed, quiet and has a real comfortable king bed in the master. We cook, and although we brought everything we would need, we didn't have to use it because the condo is well equipped. visited St. Simons Island to prepare for an art exhibit my wife is having at the Good year House on Jekyll Island and had a great time.

The condo was great: clean, well appointed, and the full sized freezer was so nice to have (most Beach Club condos have a stacked fridge/freezer). But the real kicker is that when my 5yo left his stuffed puppy, the owners went to the condo, got the puppy, and mailed it to me! That is a full-service experience and a personal touch that isn’t required but was so incredible. We’re booking our next Spring Break in this condo ASAP!

We had a great Spring Break at your condo! It was perfect for our family of four! Our boys are 13 and 7 and had a blast. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was nice and quiet at night for relaxing nights on the balcony. The pool area was beautiful and the easy access to the beach was great. We’ve been coming to SSI for years and this is the first time staying at the beach- will definitely come back to The Beach Club. Just one reminder to people- in the dryer, the lint vent is inside the dryer against the back of it. Also, we have a large SUV with a Thule on top, and we could not fit in the covered parking. We were able to park in the other designated areas. Thanks again for a great week!!!

We really enjoyed unit 432 at the beach club. No keys required, and when you have two teenagers going in and out all the time, it is a good thing. Good supply of towels for the bathrooms and we also found two good beach chairs that were very useful. The pool is also good and well maintained. Grocery shopping and restaurants are super close and convenient. The beach is clean and very large, especially during the low tide and if you have young children, the water is very shallow. One downside, that it is not the unit fault or the rental company, is the parking space. If you have a car bigger than a mini cooper, be ready to spend a lot of time to fit your minivan in the very tight parking spaces. After the first day, we decided to park outside... except for that, I really recommend this unit for vacation.

We had a great stay on SSI and the Beach Club was the perfect set up for our family of 5. The condo was updated with Modern beach decor and amenities with the exception of the cheap mirrored closet doors in the kids room. Hopefully those get changed out to something more suitable for kids as the slightest push on the already cracked mirror caused them to split more. Overall, the unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Could use a small step stool in one of the bathrooms. Beach chairs and boogie boards were provided. Beaches are amazing! Pool and Hot Tub were a hit too! We will definitely be back!
