Offering 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the Atlantic Cottage will allow guests to put their toes in the sand after a convenient 200 step walk to the beach access at the end of the street. From ocean front and marsh front restaurants, a coffee shop, general store and even a brewery, five of St. Simons Island's most popular restaurants and necessities stores are a 1-3 minute walk from the cottage.

The first floor open concept floor plan is the perfect gathering spot for guests to cook, prepare and enjoy (dining table seats 6 and kitchen island seats 4) meals as well as relax in the living room in front of the 72" HD Smart TV. Watch the game, gather for a family movie night or catch your favorite streaming shows! Located near the kitchen is a wet bar with a sink and an ice machine. The private screened back porch off the living room offers guests another living space to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while overlooking the private pool (which can be heated in cooler months for an additional fee) and backyard oasis. The private pool area is professionally landscaped with tropical vegetation and is the perfect spot to relax and escape into island time. The outdoor shower is the perfect place to rinse off a great day at the beach. The first floor living area also includes a sitting area where guests can escape for a little quiet time. Also located on the first floor is a half bathroom and laundry room with a front loader washer and dryer.
The Primary Bedroom Suite is located on the first floor and is a spacious escape offering guests king bed as well, an HD Smart TV and views of the pool and backyard space. The large primary bathroom has double vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower as well as a walk-in closet.
Upstairs, guests will find three guest bedrooms as well as another sitting area located at the top of the stairs. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, a HD Smart TV and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. The second guest bedroom offers a king bed, an HD Smart TV and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Bunk Room has two twin bunk beds with a trundle underneath as well as an HD Smart TV. There is also a chair that converts into a twin sleeper.

Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.
