Atlantic Cottage

The hosts thought of everything with this beautiful home. And I’ve rarely had such amazing communication from hosts or owners on VRBO. Atlantic Cottage is an easy walk to the beach. The ice cream and coffee shop including a playground at The King and Prince is a 10 minute walk at most. The pool is well kept and fun for everyone (we had ages 23 months to 72!). Beautiful home with a location that can't be beat. We were able to park our car and walk to everything. The home was spotless when we arrived and the Wi-Fi was good. The kids loved the pool too. We will be back.

Very nice property and location, we enjoyed it very much. You do need to consider new mattress's for all bedrooms and possible changing out queen for a king. If you did this we would definitely stay again.

This home is well equipped and beautifully maintained. It is close to the beach so there is easy access next to the King and Prince Inn. The pool and the screened porch are big pluses. We will come back again next year. Thanks to the owner for taking such great care of this home.

We decided to take a family vacation to Saint Simons Island on a spur of the moment. Not knowing anything about the area, the description on VRBO was spot on. The location was 10/10. The property itself was straight out of a catalog, it was beautiful! And so spacious! Having a pool on the property was so necessary when visiting in July and the size was just right. The pictures are wonderful, but it's even better in person. This was such a beautiful, luxurious house. We appreciated all of the nice touches, not just toilet paper provided, but tissues, too and things like that. We couldn't believe what a beautiful little street the house was on. Peaceful and residential, yet steps from the beach. It really was the perfect location. We loved it!

We absolutely loved this home. It's new, it's high end, beautifully decorated and everything is provided. I love the details - that you don't have to make your own bed, that they also provide beach towels. The pool is small but so pretty and relaxing. We loved the location and the house.

I can't say enough about this house and the convenient location to everything on the island. The house is beautiful inside and out and within walking distance to the beach and King & Prince. My daughter got married this weekend and the reception was held at King & Prince so being very close to the venue was perfect. The team at Lilmar Properties does an outstanding job in communicating with you as well as making the house seem like your own vacation home. Thanks for letting us stay there!

Rare to stay in a place that I literally wouldn’t change anything about. Great location and good communication during the check in, check out and before the trip. We would return for sure. The house is very well stocked and was super clean.

This house has an upscale beach house vibe. It was clean, the rooms were well kept, and it had a pool. Additionally, it’s walkable to a beach access as well as a few restaurants and a brewery. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and concerns we had.

the house was excellent. very clean and very well appointed. tv's in every room and all worked perfectly. Overall a great house in a great location. a disappointment was that the management company could not get the pool heater to function properly and I am still waiting on a refund for the fee that we paid to have the pool heated.

The house was terrific. We cooked Christmas dinner easily in the great kitchen and watched bowl games together. The weather was cold, so we were in the house more than anticipated and it was better than expected.

Our family could not have been more pleased with Atlantic Cottage - perfect amount of living/common area as well as bedroom/baths. Our granddaughters LOVED the heated pool (well worth the additional expense!) and bunk beds, and location was awesome. Weather was not the best for us this week, but it didn't matter because we had such wonderful accommodations. I HIGHLY recommend Atlantic Cottage, and hope to be back in the future......Thank you, Lilmar Properties, another home run!!! :-)

Clean, new house with a small plunge pool (perfect for our 3 toddlers). TV's in every room. Extra room off of front was perfect for remote workers who needed some private space. Spacious kitchen. Would rent again for sure.

We could not have asked for a better house for a short weekend getaway to St. Simons. The house was immaculate and quite-honestly more impressive than the photos online. The location with public beach access and restaurants all within a 2-block radius is hard to beat. I have already recommended this property to friends and will look to stay here again on my next trip to SSI.

The Atlantic Cottage is a great vacation rental. Excellent location and accurate to the pictures posted. The cottage was close in proximity to the beach and local attractions. I would definitely rent this property again.

The Lilmar Properties Atlantic College is a dream vacation rental in St. Simons Island. The house looks brand new and is incredibly clean. All of the amenities were as listed and more. The off hours number was extremely responsive. We stayed with four young children 5 and under and they all loved the pool and the house was extremely kid friendly. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

We loved this house. And the island was wonderful. This is definitely a new favorite area for my family. The house was beautiful and very spacious. There were 9 of us and we never felt cramped. Several restaurants and the beach were within walking distance. We also rented bikes... Walking distance as well.

The one thing that was not as expected is that the house is advertised as four spacious bedrooms. In fact, the "bunk" room is very small with no closet and no access to a bathroom other than using one in one of the en suites. That was a bit of a problem. The pool was nice, but definitely smaller than expected. It is a true dipping pool. The gate code was not provided on initial paperwork, so we did have to call to get that. Other than that, we loved the house, and Susan at Lilmar was very nice and responsive with a few questions we had.

Beautiful home! Enjoyed the splash pool, bicycle rides, and convenience to the best restaurants. Awesome place to watch the Moon Eclipse as short walk to the beach. This is not about the property but a note about the beach - currently a large river (overflow) is running thru the beach so cuts the beach off most of the day.

This house was amazing! So spacious and clean and having a small dip pool was just what we needed! All of the bedrooms had comfortable beds. Perfect, short walk to the beach and to restaurants near by. Perfect location and our family had a blast! We will be back soon.

This Cottage at the beach has it all. Everything from the amenities to the short walk to the beach was perfect. The pool in the back was perfect for our 6 and 3 year old. We definitely will be staying here again. There was 4 adults, 1 teen and two littles and we never felt cramped in this spacious home.
