30 Waterfront Dr. #332

We had the best time. The view from the Condo is unmatched on the Island. The drive to the beach was easy during this time of year. The Condo is well decorated and the height of the ceiling makes it feel even bigger. Absolutely would recommend to family and friends.

We loved this condo! View was amazing and there is so much attention to detail in the decor. It’s even prettier in person than in the photos. The kitchen has everything you need and the cutest fish (and I’m not a fish person) dinnerware. Outside balcony was nice too and my kids loved the pool. I was concerned about parking garage but there was plenty of space and it kept my car cool. I would have given it an excellent rating except the elevator was out for an entire day and it was hard climbing those stairs multiple times a day. Otherwise everything else was really nice.

Property was clean with plenty of space for a large family. Close to all the beaches, sights, restaurants and activities. Property easily accessible and has a great view overlooking the marina and marsh with lots of different water fowls and turtles to look at through the stay. We were down running a tournament at Sanctuary Golf Clib. The is place was great for our crew. Location was great with easy access to Sain Simons and to close to the course. Check-in/out process was easy. Communication with property management was great. We will definitely use it again as we come down a few ta year to run tournaments in the area.

Honestly the best condo I have ever stayed hands down. It was spacious and comfortable. The views are spectacular. The pictures don’t do this justice. It’s a perfect location to St. Simon’s, Brunswick, or Jekyll. I love the fact that the area wasn’t crowded at all. We had the pool to ourselves every time we went. We had such a peaceful time at this rental! This is truly one of the nicest places in which we have ever stayed! This was our second trip to this condo and we plan on coming back next summer. The furnishings are beautiful, are plenty of towels, and the kitchen has every dish and utensil you could ever need, which to a family who cooks for almost every meal is important! This is a large condo with three bedrooms, so the kids were able to spread out and separate when they needed space. Everything was super clean too! My favorite parts are the huge pool, awesome hot tub, beautiful view, and then the close proximity to the beach without being in the middle of a touristy area. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this listing!

Renting and getting into the unit was easy. I met my family there, and we were thrilled to find such a clean, beautifully decorated unit. And the water view was fantastic! We were very close to the pool that was also easy to access with the key fobs provided. The property is located next to a nice waterside restaurant with delicious local cuisine and cocktails. We had a great time and enjoyed drinking our coffee on the patio while watching the boats come in. I'll definitely book this one again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. There was a little difficulty with communication on check in policies but once we got in touch with the host we were assisted and obtained entry into the lovely property. It was a great size with plenty of room for us all to spread out and I am pleased with the cleanliness and welcoming environment of the property. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is absolutely beautiful! It overlooks a marina, and has an amazing view! It is a very peaceful condo. It felt like a million dollar condo, with the view, gated entrance, parking garage, and top notch furnishings. It was perfect for our family of five, with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, four televisions, and three actual functional bathtubs. The pool and hot tub are amazing! The pool is only four feet deep, which we loved! The property is minutes from a ton of attractions, but still secluded enough being away from the more tourist areas. We will for sure be staying here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. There was a little difficulty with communication on check in policies but once we got in touch with the host we were assisted and obtained entry into the lovely property. It was a great size with plenty of room for us all to spread out and I am pleased with the cleanliness and welcoming environment of the property. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for us. Everything we needed, beautiful quiet location. Nicely decorated with just a touch of Christmas! Super easy checkout.

This is a well appointed condo with a great view of the marina and marsh. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Would definitely rent here again!
