This spacious single level condo offers guests a beautifully appointed condo with hardwood floors, designer furnishings and the private balcony that can be accessed from the living room as well as the primary bedroom. The open concept living floor plan offers a kitchen with a large island, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen.
The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with water views and an HD Smart TV. The two guest bedrooms also have their own bathrooms with HD Smart TV's.
The Waterfront community has a shared community pool, hot tub and a gas grill area for guest use.

Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with condo rentals that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.

30 days from arrival - 100% refund
14 days from arrival - 50% refund
