All was good with the property, clean, easy check in, everything worked as intended. Great area to access beach, walks for exercise and getting to local restaurants. One of the phantom screens malfunctioned during the last day, but didn't affect where we socialized that night, and I have those same screens at home, so I understood they can be finicky Great place to stay for kids and adults.

We had a fantastic summer trip with our family at the beach house on St. Simons Island! The house was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pool was lovely, and the beach was just a short walk away. East Beach is amazing! The house was well set up and functional for family living. We particularly loved the outdoor kitchen and the TV room with sliding glass doors. Everything was perfect, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It's a definite 10!

Absolutely gorgeous home in St Simons! Wading Inn was perfect for our family vacation. This home has several gathering spaces and a beautiful pool area. This is the most well equipped rental home we have ever stayed in. Perfection!

This is our 3rd year of staying at Wading Inn! What a fantastic home in a great location. The house is roomy enough for our family of 16 that we don't feel like we're on top of each other and intimate enough you can get some alone time. Great kitchen and well equipped with anything a large family needs. Pool and lanai areas are excellent. We're really enjoy the owner upgrades & changes over the last several years. And we're already booked for 2025!!

Our family had a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful home. The house was perfect. Was immaculately clean and well cared for. Everything we needed was easily accessible and available - VERY well curated. The pool area was delightful and the interior was very spacious. Pictures do not really do it justice as to how large the home was. It was also just a short walk to a quiet section of beach. Very highly recommend for families or groups.

This is our 3rd year in this house, each year has gotten better with owners additions /upgrades. Quick walk to quiet beach and a beautiful pool area. The only suggestions I would make are a whole house or even sink water purification system (we overfill the recycling bin with water jugs); and more pantry storage Love SSI!

This home was very well thought out. Plenty of room for everyone and very beautifully decorated. Perfect location in proximity to the beach for the summer. We had the pool heated which was fun for the kids since it was chilly out and they couldn’t play at the beach. Management was very quick to respond when we needed anything. This home was one of our favorite rentals we have stayed at.

This house was amazing and was perfect for our family. We were Nana/Papa and our three adult children with their spouses and 6 grandchildren. There were no "arguments" over who got what room as each guest room was great and wonderfully appointed. Nana loved that the MBR was downstairs tucked away! The kids lived in the pool, thanks for turning on the heat. The back room by the pool was great to hang out...and we've never ever seen such a well appointed kitchen. Beach access is easy...all in all the house made a great contribution to our wonderful stay. Thank you.

This is a comfortable, "like new" home with all the space and amenities I was looking for 4 couples and 6 young grandchildren. At the top of the list was the pool and the outdoor bathroom, the large, well-equipped kitchen and 3 separate living areas (2 down and 1 upstairs). Every bedroom had its own bathroom and the 6-person bunk room was a major hit with the kids. Other great features include 2 laundry rooms, a bar and a luxurious master suite. Best of all, the beach is an easy 5-minute walk away. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us!

The house is absolutely stunning and has everything you could ever need during your stay. We made dinner multiple nights and found the kitchen was very well stocked. The house was immaculate and had so many thoughtful touches! We LOVED the ice machine :) The outdoor space was probably our favorite part as we spent many hours in the pool and on the covered patio. This is our 2nd year in the home. We loved it the first year and even more this year. The changes to the property were well thought out and serve a large family like ours perfectly. Great location, many extras, plenty of space and huge kitchen area! Will be back next year.

Love the new addition, great covered patio for those who need some shade. And a bathroom so you don’t have to go into the house. Beautiful clean property, short walk to beach. Home is so well stocked, that my only complaint is not much pantry storage for our food. Love SSI

Wading Inn was perfect house for my family to enjoy Thanksgiving week. Three BR suites on second floor with bunk room perfectly suited two married sons, one single son and four grandchildren. My wife and enjoyed the master suite on the first floor. The open floorplan on main level kept us together at all times. Weather was a bit too cool for the little ones on the beach. The heated pool more than adequately replaced the beach. You provided everything we needed for our week, even down to the apple corer for children snacks. Thsi property is recommended to all interested.

This was our second year staying at this property and it was every bit as good as the first! Lilmar Properties was very responsive to inquires and accommodating throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a St. Simons Island getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at this immaculate gorgeous home! Perfect for our group. Unfortunately, some of the kitchen appliances were not working but the management company went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Stayed here for a friends weekend and everything was great! The kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for group gathering and hanging. The pool and outdoor porch were a private oasis while being in the middle of a charming neighborhood a block from the beach. Garage stocked with pool toys, umbrellas and beach chairs for use. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and each room has its own bathroom. The house is as nice as the pictures look, which isn’t always the case with rentals. Everything was smooth and I would definitely return to this property!

We had a fabulous time during our stay. We hated to leave. We hung out around the pool, enjoyed coffee in the mornings in the screened in porch, played cards at the dining table in the evening and walked the beach at night to view the stars over the ocean. The consensus was, it was “ the best vacation ever “. What a gorgeous home!!

The Enchanted Cottage was our home base for our son's wedding week. His in laws own a home down the street so the proximity worked nicely. We never used the house to the full capacity but it was so nice to have all of the space. The house was very clean and had everything necessary to cook. Also enjoyed having plenty of parking. We'll definitely return!

Would highly recommend staying here and am planning on making a return trip next year for certain. The house is spacious enough for everyone to spread out and was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and decor. Getting to watch some college football on the screened in porch was absolutely perfect and communications with property management was easy.

Beautiful property, clean, well maintained, equipped with every convenience and superbly stocked kitchen with professional grade appliances. Pool was great. Top of the line Weber grill. Short walk to several beach access points. Family of ten adults and three toddlers never felt crowded and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this home again!

This home was perfect for our group. Plenty of space. We had a couple of issues with AC when we arrived but the property manager was great and had someone out immediately to take care of the problem.

We had an amazing time at the Enchanted Cottage. We were so please with how well it comfortably accommodated all 16 of us. The kids loved the bunk room and each couple loved having their own en suite bathroom. They have truly thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back!

The home was even better than we hoped for…absolutely beautiful, quiet and private. Lots of room for three families to spend time together as well as have privacy. Pool is large and clean. Close to beach. We all greatly enjoyed our time here.

Of the probably 30-40 vacation homes and condos we've enjoyed over the years, this was probably the nicest we've had. It was extremely clean and equally well stocked. Evertything about the home was well thought out. If I had to include a suggestion, it would be to replace the two queen beds with king beds. Although that would make the two quee ben rooms feel smaller, it would be an improvement.

We loved our time at St Simons during our spring break. The beautiful house was perfect for our 3 families. The kids used the heated pool every day and the adults enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and spacious screened porch. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had all the bathrooms we needed. We will definitely be back!

Splendid home, great location, beautifully decorated, minutes from the beach. We really appreciated that the home owners literally give you everything you need to enjoy your stay; all the towels and linens and especially kitchenware's. Everything in the gourmet kitchen is organized and well marked. Great pool and landscaping too! Everything the homeowners provide added to the enjoyment of our 6 week stay!

Our family had a great time. It was a perfect house for all of us. The kids enjoyed swimming at the pool, they read books at the nook upstairs. It was plenty of room for everyone. The house is pristine and everyone said they can’t wait to be back here in St Simons and stay at the same house. The welcome basket was such a nice gesture. We love everything about the house. We came down to SSI for an Attorney conference and had a lovely stay at this cottage! It's large without feeling overwhelmed but spread out enough so each room feels private. The decor is fantastic and the property managers left a lovely welcome basket for us to enjoy. We had a great time and would absolutely rent this property again in the future. Beautiful, large home. Nicely furnished and met all our sleeping arrangement needs for 8 adults and 5 kids. The backyard pool was a great set-up for afternoon and evening relaxation. The kitchen was large and fully equipped with all cutlery and utensils needed - excellent set-up for eat-in meals. We had a wonderful stay.

This beautiful rental home was nothing short of perfect in every way! First of all, cudos to Adam and Beth- the property managers. Very nice and so great to work with. We had no problems with the rental at all. This is a new, immaculate, well thought out house in a quiet and upscale neighborhood which was great for running, strolling and biking in dappled sun and shade. The beach is a close walk away, works for even young children and is un-crowded and expansive. The pool, which we paid extra to have heated ( this was well worth it for April) had plenty of sun and also some shade for the babies. The step down shallow section was amazing. The house itself had every imaginable convenience and the cooks kitchen was beyond anything we have ever rented! TVs galore, expansive bathrooms, comfortable beds, better than staying at The Cloisters! All in all a wonderful and memorable week for our family.
