The doors and door handles on most of the bedrooms and bathrooms are old and do not function well. Some doors could not closed and latched. Kitchen is well equipped- a good plus. Overall stay was nice.

Our stay at this 6-bedroom oceanfront home in St. Simons was an exceptional experience. We loved the location in East beach, the spacious layout, and inviting touches throughout the recently renovated house. The pool area is large and inviting. The kitchen had all we needed, and we enjoyed gathering around the large dining room table for meals, conversations, and crafts for the kids. The host was welcoming, responsive to questions, and committed to making our stay relaxing and comfortable. We were pleased to find that the St. Simons East beach is very wide at low tide, with more gentle waves than we are used to in our own beach community - good for swimming - and great for walking. St. Simons has lots of good restaurants at every price point. In short, we give this property very high marks and are super glad that we booked it.

Vitamin Sea Cottage is a cozy, well equipped house for families. The pool was great for the kids and it is a very short walk to the beach! Loved the decor of the cottage! Kitchen is the well equipped. Loved the wolf stove! Lilimar vacation rental was amazing to work with. They answered any question I had immediately. Would definitely stay here again! We loved our stay at Vitamin Sea cottage. Great location; easy walk to beach access. The cottage is very clean and updated, with a large, pretty kitchen, generous dining table and comfortable sitting area (seating for 10) looking out two sets of French doors onto the pool and gorgeous green yard leading to marshes and the ocean. No ocean views (trees have grown) but the lovely live oak and morning sun rises were serene. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice as well.

Our 3 families loved our stay at Vitamin Sea Cottage! This home is the perfect combination of new/updated and charming/warm. The location is perfect for beach access while maintaining privacy. The pool area was a hit when the beach was too windy- lots of shade to lounge and swim. Just beautiful! We had a few minor issues but the management team was quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating. Lots of pool toys and beach gear provided. The house looks small compared to its neighbors but there’s tons of space! We 100% recommend this property and hope to return again:)

We loved our stay at this home. It has the perfect location on East Beach. The pool was so good to have and we heated it because it was chilly the week we went in April. The home had all the towels, beach gear, some bikes, games, etc. Great furnishings and the Apple TV was also nice to have to watch movies at night. Check in and out was smooth and we will stay here again.

There’s a special feel to this home’s older style that speaks of the history of the island that isn’t equally represented in East Beach, with all the other new builds and remodels. This home has retained its charm, from the original wood floors to the stained glass windows. It feels attended to and loved; cherished for the memories made. And oh- did we make some new memories! The location is perfect. I felt right in the center with access to Mallory Street shopping and foods, the beach is either a quick walk or a quick golf cart trip to Coast Guard Station, and main grocery store is also a quick golf cart trip. Taking in the sunset above the marsh on our evening strolls was spectacular. The rooms were well furnished and clean, with comfortable linens. The layout worked well for our group, with the eldest on the main level bedroom/en suite and kids sharing the double rooms above. The pool was warmed to a very comfortable temperature for mid-April (we also had unseasonable cooler winds!- so the heated pool was nice!) and the size and structure of the pool were perfect and beautiful. The kitchen was stocked also to perfection. Everything worked and everything was appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful Spring Break 2022 with family!

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. The pool was great too. The water temperature was cooler than we expected during the summer which was very refreshing. The outdoor shower was a plus. The house was quaint with a cottage feel. We had a maintenance issue during our stay but Lilmar Properties was quick to respond.

My wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at Vitamin Sea Cottage! Our experience during the week was more than we could have asked for. The weather was great (hot), and the accommodations were even better. We had a total of 10 people (6 adults, and 4 grandchildren). Having 6 bedrooms available, everyone had bedrooms of their choice. The cottage was very large, with plenty of spots for group activities or quiet spots for reading or puzzling. The kitchen area was plenty big. The appliances were modern, and there were enough pots and pans for any type of meal. The outside areas of Vitamin Sea provided space for everyone. There were enough tables and chairs for who ever wanted one. The 4 pool lounge chairs were utilized often. We had the pool heated for the week just to make sure the Northern guests didn't get too cold jumping in. The storage shed off the pool had 3 bikes, beach chairs, beach cart to tote items, beach umbrella, and many children's toys. There was even an outside infant tree swing! In closing, I want to thank the Lilmar Properties for helping make our 50th anniversary vacation a success!

This home did not disappoint! It had every amenity we needed and was located in the amazing East Beach neighborhood. We had the pool heated bc it was still in the 70’s and it was the perfect temperature. We had a carbon monoxide detector malfunction while we were there but maintenance was speedy to replace it. You can access the beach multiple ways and it’s situated perfect for morning walks all over St. Simons. The tempurpedic bed, beautiful decor, fully stocked kitchen, Apple TV, and all beach equipment made it such a nice stay. We will stay here again!

Vitamin Sea had 6 bedrooms to accommodate our family. The great room, kitchen, and sitting area were great gathering places. The pool and outdoor area are beautiful and the heated pool was warm enough to be comfortable for swimming. The house has the feel of a quaint beach cottage. The downstairs bedroom could use a chest or drawers to store folded clothes. It was awesome to have 2 washers and 2 dryers. . The house overlooks the dunes, which is beautiful. Sadly, the path to the beach was flooded so we had to go to another trail a few houses down to get to the beach. Overall, we enjoyed the house, the location, and the spaciousness that it provided. Thanks for providing an inviting place for our family.

Vitamin Sea is a wonderful vacation home in an excellent location next to East Beach. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. The fenced backyard was fantastic for our dog to run around in. The yard and patio areas have very attractive landscaping with plenty of seating options. We opted for heating the pool (in March) and had hours of enjoyment in the 90 degree water. We also relaxed at the lovely beach just a short walk from the house. The property managers were very easy to work with as an added bonus. The only glitch we had was when the smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detector started beeping in the downstairs bedroom in the middle of the night. The alarm is newer and had a lifetime battery, so we suspect it was triggered by humidity in the room. It shut off after we opened the bedroom door and lowered the AC a bit. It never happened again once we kept the bedroom door open. It was a minor inconvenience but I'm mentioning it so others might know to keep that door open. Overall, our stay was fantastic. We've rented many beach houses over the years and this was definitely one of our favorites!

Vitamin Sea is a wonderful vacation home in an excellent location next to East Beach. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. The fenced backyard was fantastic for our dog to run around in. The yard and patio areas have very attractive landscaping with plenty of seating options. We opted for heating the pool (in March) and had hours of enjoyment in the 90 degree water. We also relaxed at the lovely beach just a short walk from the house. The property managers were very easy to work with as an added bonus. The only glitch we had was when the smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detector started beeping in the downstairs bedroom in the middle of the night. The alarm is newer and had a lifetime battery, so we suspect it was triggered by humidity in the room. It shut off after we opened the bedroom door and lowered the AC a bit. It never happened again once we kept the bedroom door open. It was a minor inconvenience but I'm mentioning it so others might know to keep that door open. Overall, our stay was fantastic. We've rented many beach houses over the years and this was definitely one of our favorites!

Upon arrival, the house was better than we expected. Classic beach house in every sense, with white wood paneling and hardwood floors. Very nicely decorated with an inviting entry looking straight through the kitchen and family room to the rear yard/pool. Love the way the house is setup. Great kitchen. Comfortable beds and linens. Really enjoy the privacy. Perfect place to unwind at the back of the pool looking towards the ocean. The rear acreage has been great for the dog to run and protects against beach traffic. Pool has been great as well. Perfect water temperature. Appreciate the landscape lighting. And the new fence and rear gate look good and compliment the house nicely. And property management was super responsive and more then helpful with our two requests. We enjoyed the property tremendously. Everyone in our family enjoyed our stay at Vitamin Sea Cottage. Our entire family of ten (6 adults and 4 children) stayed for eleven days and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cottage was well equipped for a family and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals at “home.” It was also great to have two sitting areas so we could have a separate place for work when needed.

We had an issue with the air conditioning upon arrival and the response was quick and efficient which was much appreciated! The kitchen could use more space for groceries since there are usually bigger groups in the house. But other than that it was a wonderful stay!

A bit of an unusual stay, we were four business professionals seeking a place for a week outside of the hotel circuit. Vitamin Sea provided an amazing base for work and relaxation. The home is spacious and stylishly appointed while maintaining much of the charm of a “beach cottage”. The location is perfect - quiet street and spacious backyard abutting to the dunes and beach. A solid 10/10 on all measures! On reservation and arrival side, Heather was equally impressive. Prompt, professional, thorough, and always available to assist. Excellent experience and will return for business and with family!

This is a lovely home with one of the nicest views on East Beach. Vitamin Sea is spacious, yet feels quaint. It was well stocked and super clean. Our favorite place was sitting by the pool facing the dunes-so peaceful. If you are looking for a home with fewer stairs this would be a good choice. Only 2 steps into the home from the front and one to the back. It also has a bedroom on the main level. Plenty of rooms for a big family and baby items included. The management team answered any questions we had within moments. Our family is looking forward to a return visit.

Beautiful well appointed home that had a feeling of privacy while still being close to everything we wanted to do. Spacious enough for our group of 10 that we were able to be together, but not on top of each other. Kids loved the pool. Adults loved being steps from the beach, but having dunes to buffer the traffic.

Our first visit to St. Simons Island and we enjoyed our lovely furnished beach house immensely. The decor was perfect and beachy and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped although we chose to eat out most of the time. The pool was refreshing to come back to after a walk back from the beach. Heather, the property manager was extremely prompt and efficient anytime we had a question. Parking is a little tight but manageable with the four cars we had. The walk to the beach is pretty easy on a well travelled path but you will be grateful for the beach wagon that is provided as it is a little bit of a hike . Worth it though!
