The well-equipped kitchen features a gas range, generous preparation space, and an island that keeps the cook connected to the group. A separate beverage station provides a convenient place to prepare refreshments before heading outside. Enjoy your favorite shows during relaxed evenings at home.

All four bedrooms are on the second floor, offering a welcome retreat after a day exploring the island. The primary suite features a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, a double vanity, and a private water closet. A first-floor half bathroom adds convenience near the main gathering spaces.

Your Private Poolside Retreat

Start your morning with coffee in the covered lounge, spend the afternoon cooling off in the private saltwater pool, and gather outdoors as the evening settles in. In-water loungers, poolside seating, and a covered television lounge offer several ways to enjoy the backyard.

A poolside bar, Weber grill, and Blackstone griddle make outdoor meals part of the vacation experience. After dinner, enjoy conversation around the gas fire table or challenge family and friends to ping-pong in the garage recreation space.

Pool heating is available upon advance request for an additional fee. Whether your plans call for an afternoon swim or a quiet evening outdoors, this private setting gives your group room to unwind.

Epicurate Partnership

Through Lilmar Vacations’ partnership with Epicurate, guests can explore curated services and experiences, including private chefs, grocery and fridge stocking, special occasion arrangements, mobile wellness services, and other vacation enhancements. Optional services are available for an additional fee, with pricing and availability varying by service.

• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
• All four bedrooms are on the second floor; stairs are required
• One dog is welcome with a $150 pet fee
• Pool heating is available upon advance request for $75 per night and is charged for the full length of the reservation
• Pool temperatures are subject to outdoor weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed
• On-site parking for up to five vehicles
• The garage serves as a recreation space and is not available for vehicle parking
• Indoor fireplaces are not available for guest use
• No smoking, group gatherings, or events are permitted
• Linens, bath towels, and pool/beach towels are provided
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Checkout: 10:00 AM
• Minimum rental age: 25 years

Cancellation Policy — Reservations of 29 Nights or Less

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival receive a 100% refund
• Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before arrival receive a 50% refund

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival receive a 100% refund
• Cancellations made 30 to 59 days before arrival receive a 50% refund

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is available to help protect your trip against certain covered events. We encourage guests to review the policy carefully after purchase. The travel insurance premium is nonrefundable once the provider’s designated review period has ended. Coverage, exclusions, and refund eligibility are subject to the terms of the insurance policy.
