Sunshine Magnolia

The wi fi was so weak. We had to go somewhere else to work. The Nest product dispensers did not all work. The porch floor and covered patio floor were very dirty. The pool had leaves in it when we arrived and pool man did not come until Friday. Polaris was not working until he came. The toilet in the main master sometimes would not flush. Other than those items it was great and a good location.

This house was perfect for our long weekend family vacation. We wish we could stay a week so we could have enjoyed all this rental has to offer. The neighbors who were out for a walk were friendly and welcoming. This home had one of the most well equipped kitchens. The location was great....just a short shaded walk under a beautiful old oak hammock to the pier for shopping and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable. I can't think of one thing that needs improving except the listing said there was "coin operated laundry" but no coins needed. :)

Wonderful home for a family, excellent location for walking to the pier for shopping/restaurants, a very well equipped kitchen and beautiful back porch, fire pit area and pool. The neighbors were friendly while we were out for a walk. We would love to return again for another great stay.

The house was absolutely amazing! Just like the pictures. Check in process was extremely easy and they accommodated our early check in. A few blocks from all that St. Simons has to offer. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked and the home was extremely clean! Thank you for being a great host!

My friends and I had an wonderful MDW at this property. The weather wasn't up to pay but it didn't bother us as this house offered plenty of covered/screened in seating areas for us to enjoy our company. Will be booking again.

My family and I rented this property due to a high school graduation we all had to attend. The house is beautiful and the pool was an added plus. Very cozy. The only problems we had is that in one of the rooms upstairs, the light flickered on and off a lot but that could have been due to the weather. The pool never heated for us but in all fairness, my family and I were not sure how to operate the heating capability. I’m looking forward to booking this property again. We all really enjoyed ourselves and the property is amazingly beautiful!

My family was in the area for a wedding. The home had plenty of room for all seven of us. Pool was very nice. We did experience a maintenance issue during our stay. Property management did respond but the issue continued for the length of our stay.

Not only was this place was in an amazing location but it also was a clean and beautiful home. We were walking distance from downtown. This was our first time using Vrbo and it was so easy.

This house is in an ideal location if you like to be close to shops, restaurants, and things to do. We walked to the pier, the lighthouse, and the nearby park several times. The house itself is great and the stay was very comfortable.

We love , love, loved this house - the location, heated pool and general layout was perfect for a family vacation. The outdoor space has lots of shade, a screened porch, and ample seating. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We highly recommend!

Truly a family home with lots of little extras. The screened in porch and beautiful pool were the highlights. Location close to town and large kitchen were added bonuses. Would love to stay here every year!

Amazing backyard space for games, plenty of space for everyone (ages 46 to 14) and loved being able to walk to all kinds of stores, restaurants, shops and the pier!! Thank you for the helpful emails leading up to check in. We rented bikes and used the grocery delivery.

This home is located about a 5-minute walk from the main strip. We only used our vehicles to go to Winn Dixie. We walked everywhere else. The neighborhood itself was quiet and felt safe.

The property was perfect for 3 families. The main area of St Simons was very close and we were able to walk everywhere. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. There is a park behind the property with a playground which our kids really enjoyed.

The house was in a perfect location for us to walk down to the Pier, bike to the beach and enjoy the park. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 10. We had a little one, younger than 1 yr of age that we could put in a room to nap and not worry about waking her up.

Location of house was very convenient to town. 5 minute drive to beach. Used 6th street access. Beach was great, waves calm and beach not crowded.. The pool and outdoor area was perfect. Loved the kitchen..

We enjoyed our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the house and pool. The children loved the pool and would have stayed another week. We had a problem with the upstairs AC but Lilmar found a workaround and got the AC restored. The house is very comfortable and in a great location.

Sunshine Magnolia was a perfect house for three families of four! Plenty of space for everyone and the layout allowed for quiet nap times or early bedtimes! The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of bath towels/beach towels. Both ACs kept up great but one did have a leak that required a plumber to fix. I was contacted each time the plumbers came which I appreciated. The pool was perfect and the space in the backyard allowed for other activities as well! The location was amazing! Close to the main drag, right next to a huge park and an easy ride to the beach! When we come back to SSI, we will check sunshine Magnolia’s availability first!

This house was beautiful. Bigger than expected. It’s walking distance from restaurants and the beach. We spent the majority of our time in the pool and in the backyard. Would definitely book the house again!

The house is comfortably and roomy. The pool is 6' at the deep end and very shallow at the other end with wide stairs to get in. We had some issues with the heater going off, but when it was on, the pool was VERY comfortable on 65 degree spring days. The hosue is next to a great park for playing with kids including tennis, baseball, pickleball, and a decent playground. The firepit is nice, although finding wood in SSI was harder than I thought it would be. It's easy walking distance to the village. We would stay here again!

We stayed at this exceptional home for New Years week, and it was everything we had hoped for. We had more than enough room to spread out, and really appreciated that the heat in the pool still made swimming an option when it was colder out! We also used the very convenient firepit a couple of nights. The location is perfect--easy to walk to beach access points and restaurants for takeout. The home was both comfortable and beautiful. Definitely recommend, especially for families!

My family and I were desperate for a weekend get-away after we canceled a trip out west at the last minute due to COVID concerns. Sunshine Magnolia was exactly what we needed! The house was immaculate - cleanliness was a top requirement - and met all of our desires for the weekend. The house is nicely appointed and the interior improvements are understated and modern, yet very comfortable. The house is spacious and could easily accommodate two families. The backyard is everything. We now know what we need in our next house! My son swam in the pool for hours (very happy we paid to heat it as it did get a little cool outside while we were there). We enjoyed sitting at the table on the screened porch for every meal. We made a fire each night with the provided fire pit. The SSI pier is a short walk away and many of the local restaurants offer delivery or take-out if you prefer to avoid dining in right now. It was a welcome respite from our daily life in Atlanta. Highly recommend!

Loved this house. Perfect for 2-3 families vacationing together. Looked to be just recently updated. Wonderful location next to the village. So much use of the pool, screened porch, and 2nd covered patio. It is about 1 mile to the East Beach area and we both biked and took our Golf Cart there. Would not hesitate to rent here and with Lil Mar again.

Sunshine Magnolia was the perfect property for a weekend on SSI. The house was perfectly located - close to the downtown area and close to the beach as well. The house was spacious and very nicely renovated, and the patio, pool, and outdoor shower made us spend a lot more time at the house than we initially imagined. We will definitely be staying at Sunshine Magnolia again next time we go to Saint Simon's.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunshine Magnolia! The home and grounds were impeccable with a spacious kitchen, comfortable beds, and sparkling pool. Minutes to walk to the Village and just a short drive to the beach make this property worth coming back to every year. This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood only one block from the Pier Village. It couldn't have been more convenient! Clean, well-kept, gorgeous landscaping & simply great for our family. The only thing I noticed was that the kitchen, while it had all the gadgets & appliances that you would need, there were no herbs & spices or plastic wrap/tin foil/ect supplied. We've rented other houses that were completely stocked. It wasn't a big deal for us because our stay was short & we didn't cook other than breakfast. If someone wanted to stay longer, they'd have to stock up for themselves. All in all, this was such a wonderful house! Not too big but certainly roomy enough. Ideal! We'd love to rent this house again!!

We just spent a wonderful week at St. Simon Island. Sunshine Magnolia was a lovely house. The backyard and pool were a perfect addition. My grandsons loved the pool and pool heater! They would swim all day! The beach was just a short golf cart ride away. Adam was very responsive to our needs. Overall, a great trip!
