House was very well appointed. We lacked for nothing. The front porch view was incredible. Felt like we were in a country setting yet very close to town. Miranda and Brandon from Lilmar Properties were easy to contact and most helpful. We’re coming back next year.

Wow what a house! Plenty of space, great location, beautiful set up. My Favorites are the porch and that view of the marsh does not get old. The kitchen is incredibly equipped which allowed us to make several meals at home. Lilmar staff is incredibly helpful, polite and accommodating. We will absolutely be back and we look forward to it!

Beautiful home, well equipped, with a long front porch that affords a wonderful view of a nearby marsh. Also there's lovely private pool and sauna behind the house, which was heated for us and we spent much time in these facilities. Check-in and check-out went smoothy. The property management company was very responsive to our questions and needs. For example, we weren't clear on how to heat the spa so I called the management company and they had an employee at the house in less than 2 minutes to adjust the controls. We would definitely stay there in the future if it's available.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stay Salty on St. Simons. The house was beautiful, well appointed, and met our expectations. For me the bed pillows could have been softer. Our 2 requests for assistance with the pool controls were handled promptly and successfully by John. I did have some trouble communicating with one woman on the phone due to her heav accent. Overall it was a great experience and wo hope to return to St. Simons again in the future and would be comfortable using your service to make our stay enjoyable again.

Our stay at this vacation home was amazing! The house was perfect for our large group — very spacious, and the front porch was absolutely wonderful for relaxing together. We had one small issue during our stay, but someone came and fixed it within 15 minutes of me texting, which was impressive! Suggestions: It would be great to have a refrigerator with filtered water and a dispenser. Also, having a TV in each bedroom would be a nice touch — we all like to fall asleep to a little background noise, so that might be why we noticed their absence.

This is our second visit to "Stay Salty" and it was again perfect for our needs. From the great indoor spaces to the available activities (table tennis, heated pool and spa, and games), and amazing covered porches, this is a fabulous rental that can hold lots of friends and family.

This house was so spacious and comfortable! Plenty of room for the 4 families present! The text messaging service to report issues was such a convenience for us, and everything was fixe/repaired in a timely manor. The communication leading up to the trip also was a positive for us; we knew that the rental property was ready and set up for us. My only feedback for the property to work on is a deeper cleaning of all bathrooms and baseboards. Some needed a little attention.

The Stay Salty home was just the right size for our Family of 9 adults and could have managed more if we had any little ones with us. The kitchen was beautiful and we made most of our meals at the house so my Mother didn't have to go up and down the steps very much. We used the deck on the main floor a lot. The A/C was really great when the day heated up and we needed to have some relief inside. But mornings and evenings on the deck were awesome. We even got to witness one of the local terrapin mama's laying her eggs in the yard! We spent as much time as possible in the pool and at the beach, which was just about 21/2 blocks away. What a great location! And St. Simons is a lovely town. Many long walks in the neighborhood and on the beach, lots of swimming and evenings serenated by the baby grand (my pianist husband not included, however:)

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Stay Salty! Children loved their own space downstairs while the adults enjoyed the upstairs living room but especially the front porch with rocking chairs and ceiling fans. Sunsets were magnificent! Kitchen well stocked. All beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water. AC kept everything nice and cool except bunk room was a little warm. An oscillating fan would have helped. Note to families with infants, no walk in closet for a pack and play and also no tub in the house. Our 1 year old enjoyed her first shower😂 We were a little concerned about the walk to the beach with children, but it turned out not to be a problem at all. 8th street beach access in one of the better ones! We also rented bikes with our voucher that came with the house. The children enjoyed riding those to the beach access. The staff at Lilmar were very responsive, always just a text away, even at night as we needed help locating the pool lights. Finally…my biggest concern is always pool safety for the little ones. The pool Is completely fenced off, and there is only one downstairs access door to pool deck which we kept locked and never used the entire time. If you wanted to you could bring locks or even bungee cords to add extra security to the two gates. Fantastic family home! We hated to leave today but are already planning ahead for next summer!

We had a great stay at this house! Our family had 12 of varying ages in town for the weekend and we all loved it. The spaciousness of the photos is legit - it was bigger than we expected, and that was great for the group, with many areas for people to hang-out and not feel on top of each other. The place was very clean and well appointed. The pool seemed bigger than the photos suggest and our little kids loved it. Definitely would stay here again!

Stay Salty was very well equipped with all the Kitchen gadgets/utensils/dishes/cookware we could ever use. The layout with 2 living areas, 2 Fridges, Big Kitchen w/plenty of seating for our group of 11 was perfect. The "hideaway" bedroom w/full bath hosted those who needed to sneak in some work time or just a quiet nap! The pool and hot tub/spa were great! And then the sunsets....from the very spacious wrap around porch were breathless. We'll be booking again for next year. Our host was very, very attentive and informative. Thanks for a fabulous vacation!

We had a great time but suggest the lower step leading to the doorway 2nd floor entrance on both stairways be marked with a black step tape. I experienced two falls because the step disappears into the deck in certain sunlight conditions. You don’t automatically distinguish the step from the lower deck.

Our group of 10 had a fantastic time at the well-appointed and spacious "Stay Salty" cottage the week of Hurricane Milton. Lots of beds, a game room, and a huge open-concept kitchen/living/dining area makes gatherings so much fun. The pool is enjoyable, and the huge porches are wonderful extensions and allowed us to take advantage of being outdoors even when it rained a bit. We have rented with Lilmar for years, and this is one of our top rentals! Can't wait to return!

We are a group of 13. We loved this house and everyone agreed it is our favorite thus far. Last time in St. Simons we stayed on the beach. However, the beach is a bit of a walk and couldn't be seen from the house really. This house is on the marsh just a few blocks from the previous house and we loved the marsh view! The space was fantastic for us. the second floor porch was ideal for watching the sunset. You could time the cicadas by the sunset and it was beautifully Southern. There was activity to watch as people walked, biked and drove golf cards up and down the street. Nothing distracting just fun to watch. We were surprised by the little things - pool towels, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Just nice welcoming touches - not expected - but noticed. Kitchen was big enough for all of us to get around at meals and has two refrigerators with freezers. We'd rent this again!

Everything about this property was perfect. So much space and privacy from one room to another. The pool was amazing. The marsh view was breathtaking! Our only sadness is we won't get another amazing deal like this time next summer when we try to book again!

Such a great home for our stay with 4 couples and lots of kiddos. The basement with bunk room was a hit for the kids and we spent all day everyday in the pool with a few trips to the beach which was great as this was our first trip not being ocean front but there were several access points so close by. The 2 fridges were super convenient to stock up for the week and we all loved having an ice maker. Really I could go on and can’t think of anything negative to stay about our stay. Maybe tvs in the bedrooms for the couple of nights we all crashed a little earlier but truly that wasn’t an issue. Loved it!

Loved the location and layout of the rental. The pool was a winner for my grand kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful when reserving the rental.

Great spacious home. 6 BR, lots of privacy. Backyard pool. Fully equipped kitchen. Great room/dining room perfect for family events. All new sheets/bedding/towels. Washer/dryer are family sized. Some wi-fi issues probably due to local carrier outages.

This beach house was perfect in every way! Everything was super clean and linens and towels were plush. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with great appliances and extras. All of our ladies were participating in the GWGA golf tournament at Sea Palms and King and Prince. We loved our gatherings at the pool after our rounds. We would love to have the house for the tournament again next year.

This house was perfect in every way! I have done beach rentals many times and places And this was the absolute best. We loved the pool and spa and how spacious the living quarters are. The games were so much fun and there was plenty of space for our guests with golf equipment. We loved how well the kitchen was stocked with all the modern equipment. The linens and towels were plush and everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely love to rent again.
