St. Simons Grand 306

Photos and descriptions are accurate. Well appointed and lots of space. Depending on makeup of your party- primary is huge and smallest bedroom is quite small, we were adult mother and daughter travelers would be wonderful for a family! Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at The Grand very much. The condo was lovely and had a beautiful view of the ocean, as well as some spectacular sunrises. The entire complex is very nice, and was very quiet. The only (minor) issue we had was that there is a large tidal pool on the beach directly in front of the complex which means you have to walk the length of about two football fields to get around it to get to the main beach. It makes for a bit of a hike, but not difficult. It was not a problem for us but would be difficult for someone with any mobility issues. We plan to return again next September!

We have wanted to try the St Simon’s Grand for years, and we’re not disappointed. The condo was beautiful, with all the small touches that make a stay so easy and fun. The views of sunrise and sunset were simply spectacular and the property is immaculate. Walk to the beach with the new land ridge is super easy, and the pool was a nice reprieve from the beach in the afternoons. The condo itself has a great setup for families, and the view from the master can’t be beat. Condo owners have given all the right amenities from a well stocked kitchen to plenty of hooks in the bathrooms! We will be back!!

Our group of five (ages 7-76) thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The rooms had great linens and comfy beds. The kitchen had everything we needed and the appliances were high end with a giant fridge! The only complaint is that the coffee maker is not on par with the quality of appliances in the kitchen…but that’s stretching to find a negative. The views from the balcony were great and had plenty of seating. The walk from the front door to the water edge took about 5 minutes, depending on how much gear you are lugging. There’s a small inlet-type body of water separating the property from the beach and ocean, but there is floating bridge over this water. I wouldn’t recommend walking through the water as it is slimy and mucky. The beach here is great. Wide and flat, very family friendly. There’s even an Italian ice vendor that frequents this part of the beach. Great for surf fishing, boogie boarding (at high tide). The pool was a good place to hang out when we didn’t feel like the beach. Plenty of space. The hot tub was lovely. The only downside to the pool is there are only five umbrellas and those were over the tables at the pool. I would have liked more options for shade on the pool deck. Perfect location. Away from the big crowds. We rented bikes and were able to bike to Pier Village in 8 minutes…sidewalks all the way. Fantastic unit, good location, would definitely recommend.

Three couples shared this unit. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The master bedroom was great, the other two bedrooms were ok. The deck/patio had nice furniture and view. We loved walking the beach and hanging out by the pool. All in all we had a great weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are a family of five adults. The condo was immaculate. It is astefully decorated, and has a wonderful selection of books movies, puzzles, and games. Just right for us with the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bathroom was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need for a weekend or an extended stay. We have been doing trips for Christmas the last 4 years this has been our favorite. Everyone said that they would like to do this location again next year they enjoyed it so much.

Condo was very clean which is always a plus. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals. Great ocean view from balcony. Covered parking was also nice to have. I do need to mention that the bathroom exhaust fans do not work well, they are either clogged or just need replaced, moisture would drip down the walls after showering. Although the leather furniture was comfortable it appears very worn. The king bed was very comfortable.

Everything about this condo is amazing. From the time of booking until we checked out, there was wonderful communication and detailed instructions for the whole process. The condo is beautiful! It’s very tastefully decorated, the living room furniture is comfortable, and there is plenty of seating for 6-7 people. It was completely stocked with everything you would need for a beach stay. We don’t cook on our vacations, but the kitchen had everything you could ask for. I would suggest that the owners provide a Keurig. I did make coffee in the regular drip coffee maker, but I am not used to that! We were there the week after Labor Day, so it was VERY quiet. The St Simons Grand property itself was very clean and beautiful. It’s gated, and you need a passcode to get in, which provides nice security. The elevator was always available and quick. The third floor unit is awesome, because there is no one above you to make noise. Three bedrooms with their own private bathrooms was SO nice! The master bedroom is HUGE and has a beautiful view from the balcony. I like a firm mattress, so I was comfortable, but my daughter and her husband slept in the Queen bedroom (maybe full size?) and they thought the mattress was very hard. The only “con” to this property is the water you have to cross to get to the beach. There is no way around it unless you walk WAY down the beach to go around. The first day it was about calf/knee deep, but after the rain, it was up to my hips in parts, and a little scary to wade through. It’s warm and dirty and drops off quickly. If you have small children or carry items you don’t want wet, this could be a problem. It’s def not a deal breaker for me, but I did not like crossing it. Overall, I highly recommend staying in St Simons Grand 306. The leasing company was very communicative and helpful. The owners have made their rental very inviting, and I would love to vacation there again! Thank you, Adam and Beth for allowing us to stay in your place!

My husband and I, as well as my BFF and her husband spent a week in this beautiful condo. We were at St. Simons for the RSM Classic. The unit itself was as pictured, but better. Very comfortable and clean with a very well supplied kitchen. The view was awesome any time of day, with an easy walk to the beach. The full moon during our stay was a beautiful sight. We will not hesitate to rent again.

Loved our stay and would come again! The property is one of the nicest we saw and the unit was really great and well cared for. True to the description they only give you a starter amount of dishwasher soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets and trash bags. So I am hoping someone benefited from all the sundries we left behind! Overall we had an amazing time loved the island and the condo.

This was a generous sized condo. The furnishings were very up scale. The little things helped, thank you Lilmar for the bag of artisan coffee. Our balcony view of the beach afforded spectacular sun rises and the cool dusk cocktail events. We enjoyed the centered gardens and used the cool refreshing swimming pool, which had all the nice amenities (bathrooms, showers, hot tub. The swimming pool water was crystal clear and easy on my open eyes under water.

This is the second year my immediate family and I have stayed in condo 306 at the Grand. We came to St. Simons as part of our annual large family reunion and most of the family units stay at the Grand. We love this condo because it is always extremely clean, well stocked in the kitchen, comfortable, and private. We love spending time on the beautiful balcony that is perfectly situated. This condo makes our stay at the beach so enjoyable!

We have enjoyed a wonderful week at 306! The nights were quiet, the beds comfy, the beach was gorgeous as always, pool was refreshing and everyone had a great time. The condo has everything we needed, even had a tea kettle, so these tea grannies were very happy about that! The condo was also easy to keep clean, not fussy, but solidly elegant. We enjoyed the puzzles, checkers game and splurging on HGTV. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us!

Excellent unit with great view! Well stocked comfortable unit with large balcony shaded in the afternoon. One minor problem is that the gate codes were changed on our arrival date and we were not notified but we figured it out by talking with other guests.

We wanted a lovely home in which we could kick back and take a breather from our quest for a new home. This apartment fit the bill! It was large, inviting and light, had great views and outside areas, a lovely master and a fairly large well equipped kitchen. It is a short walk to a very walkable beach and the pool was most welcomed during the heated days. We loved our time there and highly recommend it.

We celebrated my best friend's bday weekend here with our husbands and it was a perfect weekend! Our only issue was the no see ums biting us constantly and that the beach isn't as beautiful up close littered with thousands of jelly fish bodies. But the view from our property, the location, and how well stocked the place was were A+.

This condo was very convenient to all we wanted to do in the area and most importantly on the beach! The kitchen was well equipped for eating in and out! Plenty of room for my family (4 adults) to move around and about. Rental property agents were quick to respond. Loved being on the 3rd floor, which afforded us a perfect view of the Atlantic!

My family of 5 (myself & wife, 6yo, 4yo, 16 months) really enjoyed our stay here!!! The condo was very spacious and had plenty of room for all of us with a perfect set up for our 2 kids with their own bed and 3rd bedroom for out baby in our own pack-&-play crib. The view is amazing with morning sunlight pouring in and afternoon shade to relax after a hot day at the beach & pool. The kitchen was fully stocked with every cooking plate, pans, bowls, utensils, etc....there wasn't one thing they didn't have that we needed. We can't wait to come back again next year!!!

St.Simon’s Grand is the best place for the perfect vacation. We wake up every morning to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean. We spend our days walking on the pristine sandy beach, playing in the water, and sitting on the beach watching the waves roll in. The beautiful pool is relaxing along with the hot tub.. We enjoyed cooking our own meals and grilling rather than eating out. The condo was very clean and comfortable with a great AC system. Two nights during our stay, we enjoyed a fireworks display on the beach as we watched from our balcony. We wished we didn’t have to leave at the end of the week.

We absolutely loved everything! The condo was in great shape and the beach and complex were just like they were shown. Very nice location. Just minutes from local shops and restaurants. We’ve been going to St Simons for a long time and love the location of the St Simons Grand. We like the direct view of the ocean, the easy and quick walk down to the pool and beach, having a larger 3 bedroom unit that gets so much light and has a top floor large balcony. Everything about the trip was great and we will consider unit 306 for a future trip
