Surrounded by the natural beauty of the coastal marshlands and nestled near the manicured fairways of the renowned Sea Palms Golf Club, this luxury single-level retreat combines upscale comfort with the timeless relaxation of island life. The setting is quiet, picturesque, and designed for guests who appreciate tranquility paired with effortless access to the island’s best experiences. This beautifully designed four-bedroom, four-bathroom cottage welcomes up to eight guests and offers king beds and HD Smart TVs in every bedroom, creating an atmosphere of privacy and comfort for couples, families, and groups alike. The home’s dog-friendly policy ensures that every member of the family can enjoy the getaway. Large windows throughout the home frame the expansive marsh views, allowing sunlight and coastal breezes to flow naturally into each room.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use toward beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! The choice is yours!

Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the maximum occupancy of eight (8) guests. Large events, including but not limited to weddings and rehearsal dinners, etc., are not permitted. Student groups and spring break gatherings are also strictly prohibited.

Peaceful and Relaxing

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious home. We had plenty of room to relax and unwind. Management was very accommodating and fast to respond which we appreciated.

Review

The house was great, pretty w/ beautiful views; plenty of space for my family of 5. We loved that it was pet friendly and the beds were comfortable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the vintage board game “book” set.I gave a 4/5 for a few reasons: first, the pool really needs some TLC. It’s stained so it never truly looked clean, and most of the pool jets didn’t have covers so they were just little holes on the bottom that toes got stumped on. Second, it was described as fenced, which we were excited about so our dogs could be outside with us without leashes, but it’s not fully fenced or even halfway fenced- just sections here and there. Third, there were some bugs. We encountered giant ants, earwigs, and dare I say, a few roaches in the house. This house does back up to the marsh so we expected some critters, and it wasn’t excessive but it was more than expected. And fourth, the grass was quite tall in the backyard. We did let the property know about the pool being dirty and low, and the grass being high when we arrived (Sunday). They responded immediately stating they put requests in to clean and cut, but the grass was never cut and the pool wasn’t cleaned until Tuesday. The grass wasn’t a big deal, but with the marsh right there, no barrier/fence, and the high grass meant our kids couldn’t play in the yard due to the difficulty spotting snakes (we saw 2).Overall, we would definitely stay here again and had a great time with very minor complaints!

Great House & Area

Shore Rush had everything our family needed for a great week at SSI. We grilled and enjoyed some nights at the pool while other times used the crock pot to have simple meals ready for us when we returned from the beach. Each room had a bathroom and the long table allowed our group to eat as a family. We liked the game selection and learned to play some new board games. Loved having easy access to bike trails as we rode a different path each day. Lilmar Staff was exceptional, from start to finish, and very responsive when we had a question or needed assistance. Our crew enjoyed it so much that we decided to secure the house for our time together next summer as well.
