Located in the sought-after South End neighborhood, it offers the best of island living, quiet, breezy porches, and easy access to some of St. Simons’ favorite spots.  Inside, you’ll find bright, light-filled spaces and coastal-inspired décor that instantly set a laid-back tone. With four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and recharge. The primary suite is a serene retreat with a private bath and HDTV, while the additional bedrooms feature fresh, comfortable furnishings. Newly built-in bunk beds add a fun, modern touch, perfect for families or groups traveling together.  

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Spring break groups and events such as weddings, receptions, etc., are not permitted. 
• Dogs are allowed with a $150 fee per dog (2 dogs maximum)
• The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $45/night upon request
• Fireplace(s) not available for guest use
• No Smoking
• Linens (Bath towels, beach towels, & bed sheets) provided
