Porch Light Cottage

We had a great time! The house was beautiful, it had the perfect yard for our 2 dogs, there was plenty of room for the whole family. We spent a lot of time together in the dining room for meals and the living room. We actually spent most of our time at the house, it was so comfortable. The kitchen was stocked and easy to use. The location could not have been any better! We were local to everything. It was easy to get off the island as well. Our hosts communicated with us as necessary and were easy to reach when we had questions! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this house and host to anyone booking a trip!

The hot tub and pool was our favorite activity! We loved walking to restaurants, shopping and and the lighthouse. Favorite memory is walking into this house and being so amazed at how wonderful it was. This house was so impressive, from the decor to the plentiful dishware and kitchen supplies. When we contacted Lilmar Property Management for the the hot tub service, their answer was immediate and servicemen came out shortly, and fixed our concerns. I would love to rent this beautiful home again. Lilmar Property Management gave stellar service. Well done! Things we liked that have been lacking at other places we've rented for reunions: -plentiful towels both dish towels and beach towels
-a beautiful tea pot for us tea drinkers
-the outdoors were set up into different areas: dining & fire pit, pool & hot tub, and cornhole area.

Such a beautiful & comfortable home for our 3 generations under one roof. There was something for everyone and our family had the most wonderful stay.

First off the house was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishtowels, plates, and silverware. Everything looked brand new. Our group loved the hot tub and pool and used it as often as we could. The outside is divided into several areas with a fire pit, grill, table, and a place to play corn hole. The outside pool house is cute and fully functions as a bedroom with bathroom and small kitchen. The house was walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We stayed for a week and ate at restaurants twice a day. And we never ate at the same place twice. Next, Lilmar Properties was a wonderful group to work with. Reservations were easy. They were immediately responsive to any services that we needed. Everyone we talked to or met that represented Lilmar were pleasant, professional, and accommodating. We will rent from Lilmar again when we return to the area for our vacations and reunions.

We enjoyed our stay at Porchlight . We needed more washcloths and thank you for handling the need. We felt a little offended about the sign that said do not use the fireplace not that we would have needed but maybe someone would like to use on a chilly day. We spoke to the team member who came after the huge limb broke and fell on side of home about the unstable cover over the hot tub that was just put in. We were all older experienced home owners . The washer and dryer were good to have to use. Thank you .
