Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for our Fall Break. Convenient location to beaches and amenities. One of the cleanest houses I’ve stayed in! Well stocked and great outdoor space.

We loved our stay at the Oleander Cottage. The decor was adorable. I even snapped a few photos for my own decorating purposes. The beds were comfortable, and the layout was perfect for our party of 4. The only recommendation I would make is to add a Keurig coffee maker. And for anyone staying while the house next door is under construction, don't expect to sleep in much past 8am. Otherwise, everything was FABULOUS!

Our stay at the Oleander Cottage was great! We have had the absolute best time even despite the storm. The care Lilmar took of this property post-storm did not go unnoticed. We were so impressed that on Wednesday our pool was cleaned and on Thursday our entire property had been cleaned. We are so very grateful. It could have been a terrible week but instead, our property was completely usable. So thank you so much for that!

Oleander Cottage was everything we hoped for. After being a care giver for almost 2 years, this trip was truly more about rest and renewal than pure vacation. We knew the home was on a busy road when we booked it, but we were ok with that. The cottage lived up to its lovely pictures and extra kudos for the private pool and its maintenance. Should we have the opportunity we would definiteley book this home again. Kim

Everything about this property was perfect for our family. Convenient location to beach, food, shopping; clean and comfortable space; great, private back yard for relaxing and cooling off from the beach. Already planning our next stay!!

The property was beautiful however I was unaware that we were on a main road and the amount of traffic there would be and you could hear in the two front bedrooms. The rental company was very attentive and took care of any need. The location in town could not be beat. We were within 5 min of pier village and 10 min of Redfern. I plan on returning.

We really enjoyed our stay. Oleander is a nice house, with a wonderful backyard. I actually chose this house because of the backyard, and it did not disappoint. The screened in back porch really made the house for us. My wife and I had a very nice getaway. Thank you.

I have never had a better rental experience than I did with Lilmar properties! They have perfect communication, are available for support if needed and take immaculate care of their properties. Everyone in our group was beyond impressed, and we had a wonderful stay!

The perfect getaway for a group of girls! The pool was pleasantly heated even for late February temps/cloudy days. Kitchen was well equipped with beautiful plates/glasses/serving boards/etc. Sparkling clean. Beautifully decorated. Conveniently located. I would absolutely love to bring my family and stay at this property again.

We loved our stay on Saint Simon’s and this house is beautiful, clean and fully stocked with anything you may ever need. It’s a close walk to nearby restaurants like Fiddlers, Crab Daddy’s and Barrier Island Brewing company. We slept great in the comfy beds and the back yard space is wonderful. It’s walking distance to the pier and an easy walk to the beach. Open layout and all one level added to its charm.

Beautiful house with plenty of space & amenities. Backyard landscaping, porch, firepit & pool were bonus! Close to beach & restaurants. Highly recommend!

We had the most fabulous getaway at the Oleander Cottage on St. Simons! The house is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked! We loved the pool (with heat) and enjoyed the beautiful fire pit! Backyard felt like an oasis! The house is walking distance from the beach and restaurants but a golf cart from High Tides made everything that much easier. The customer service was 5-star from the management company-Lilmar. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!

Oleander Cottage was the perfect location to host a girls trip. The kitchen was stocked with everything and the beds and home appointments extremely comfortable and relaxing. The back yard is private but yet open allowing plenty of room for everyone to gather. Highly recommend renting a golf cart for your group but not necessary, just convenient. House is close to restaurants, bars and great shopping. We’ll be back!

What a great place for a vacation with my girlfriends! The heated pool during the fall was amazing! We stayed in the pool the whole time. I highly recommend this place. There was seven women in the group. We rented the limo golf cart to go to town, the beach and the liquor store. It was perfect!

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay in SSI. So much space, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could ask for. The heated swimming pool was awesome, as was the fireplace area for hanging out in the evening. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay in SSI!

Absolutely Beautiful home and yard!!! We loved the private pool and enjoyed the fire pit every night! The backyard is truly a private oasis! Beds were very comfy and kitchen is huge with everything you could need. Loved the big fluffy pool towels and the pool floats! Location was perfect - within an easy walk to beaches and shopping district. This is my dream home!

Home was beautiful and everything was comfortable for 2 families with children. The heated pool was our favorite part. Home was super close to beach and food. We will definitely be back if in the area!
