Condo was lovely! View was amazing. Location was perfect - walking distance to all sorts of restaurants, shopping, parks, fishing pier, historic lighthouse. Management company was so easy to work with.

The patio had an excellent view and was pleasant to sit out on and relax. The location was perfect for shopping and dining at the pier area. Plan to come back.

The property was in a great location to enjoy relaxing on the patio with a water view and having access to the pier area's shopping and dining.

Dryer needs professional lint cleaning. Lint is packed under lint filter and cannot be cleaned by hand. Unit could use overall deep cleaning. Noticed mold under sink rim and shower tiles. An outdoor ceiling fan would be nice.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Pearl, everything was as expected and more. We were thrilled to be able to put our paddle boards in just steps from our condo. We walked to shopping and dining and biked through all of the beautiful and quaint neighborhoods. Lots of things to do from shopping, dining, exploring and just relaxing! Just what we needed!!

Loved it great view. Everything was awesome. The only thing I didn’t like is it didn’t have an elevator and we’re on the third floor at 70 years old. It was tough taking stuff up.

Needs toilet seat in guest bathroom. Needs door lock on balcony door. Hall door between bedrooms would add privacy. Very quiet atmosphere and felt secure with gates and fence. Would recommend to older travelers without kids.

Great stay at Ocean Pearl! Condo was clean, nicely decorated with a great kitchen set up. We enjoyed watching the activity on the pier and boat traffic. Excellent location for walking to all the shops and restaurants. Lighthouse tour and museum was interesting and fun. Great views from the top of the lighthouse! Communications from Lilmar were excellent and they were very responsive to any questions. Thanks!
