• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (12 persons). Gatherings and special events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc., are not permitted. Student groups for Spring Break and Graduations are not allowed, even with parental guidance.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional en suite bedrooms and a charming bunk room perfect for kids or additional guests. The second level also boasts a large secondary hangout space perfect for watching movies, playing games, or just relaxing.
