The kitchen features premium Thermador appliances, generous counter space, and a large island that’s a natural gathering spot for morning coffee, casual meals, and appetizers while dinner is underway. Whether you’re preparing a family favorite or cooking a full dinner for the group, it’s a kitchen you’ll enjoy spending time in.

Six bedrooms and five bathrooms make the home a great fit for multiple families and multigenerational stays. Two true primary suites give couples their own comfortable retreats: one on the first floor for added convenience, and another on the second floor with an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony.

The remaining upstairs bedrooms include both private and shared bathroom arrangements. A separate first floor sitting area provides another spot to read, unwind, or enjoy a quiet conversation.

 Lilmar Vacations partners with VayKLife to make beach days easier. Eligible reservations of 3 to 21 nights include a $50 per night credit toward available beach gear rentals and experiences. Current options may include bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand up paddleboards, and other available selections.

Through Lilmar Vacations’ partnership with Epicurate, guests can explore curated services and experiences, including private chefs, grocery and fridge stocking, special occasion arrangements, mobile wellness services, and other vacation enhancements.

• Pool and spa heating is available for $75 per day
• Pets are not permitted
• Minimum rental age: 25
• Student groups are not permitted
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM
• Check-out is by 10:00 AM
• Linens are provided, including pool/beach towels
• Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided
• Parking for up to five vehicles is permitted in designated parking areas at the property
• Early check-in requests must be made at least 24 hours before arrival and are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

For reservations of 29 nights or less:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made 14 to 29 days prior to arrival receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

For reservations of 30 nights or more:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made 30 to 59 days prior to arrival receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
