Welcome to Lucy's Hideaway! Newly renovated and furnished, this 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath cottage is located in a charming neighborhood in close proximity to the Village area. The front living room leads to a dining area that seats six. One of the two recently remodeled full bathrooms is connected to this space. From the dining area, a hallway leads to two queen-sized bedrooms and another updated full bathroom with walk-in shower.
An open kitchen has all you could need to prepare and share meals for you and your guests. A bar counter seats two and a walk-in pantry houses the refrigerator, wine cooler, plenty of cabinet space and a washer and dryer. From the kitchen you'll find a sunny family room with plenty of seating and a SmartTV plus a view of the screened-in porch and heated saltwater pool/spa. The third bedroom off the family room has beautiful heart pine sliding doors and bunk beds.
A recently added garage has a bedroom / office space and half bath, covered outdoor entertaining area and detached garage. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water off the screened porch and deck area. The fully fenced backyard is a great space to enjoy yard games while ensuring that your pups are safe!
