Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

- Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.
- Dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $150/dog. 2 dogs maximum
- Linens (bath towels, pool/beach towels & bed sheets) provided
- Check-In: 4:00 pm Check-out: 10:00 am
- Parking for 4 vehicles
- Pool Heating Fee: additional $45 / night upon request at least 24 hours prior to arrival

Cancellations will be refunded less the processing fee based on the time of the cancellation notification and terms (without exception, even for same-day cancellations)
