Located in the brand new south end cul-de-sac neighborhood of Couper Place, on St. Simons Island, this beautiful coastal escape has it all! Latitude Adjustment features 3 bedrooms, spacious living areas and an outdoor - pool living space that dreams are made of! Guests will immediately feel the island vibes when they grab a stool and take a seat at the covered poolside bar area with the HD Smart TV, perfect for mixing up your favorite beverages poolside. The large covered back porch area invites guests with true southern charmed blue ceilings to sit back and relax while taking in the calm breezes of the porch ceiling fans. Guests will enjoy access to their own private backyard bocce ball court for hours of fun with family and friends!
Inside guests will find a large living room with plenty of room to enjoy family game nights, relaxing by the gas fireplace, movies or watching the game on the large 55" HD Smart TV. The open floor plan makes family gatherings an ease as the dining and kitchen areas are adjacent to the living room area. The dining table has seating for six and the kitchen island has additional seating for four. The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of space to prepare meals for guests and features a gas range, beverage refrigerator and a coffee bar.
The Primary Bedroom Suite is located on the first floor and is the retreat space that every guest will want to enjoy, but only a few will have access to. Spacious and secluded, the primary bedroom with 14ft ceilings has a king bed, a seating area and an HD Smart TV. The primary bathroom is a spa like experience with a large walk-in shower with a rain shower head, a free standing soaker tub and double vanities.
Upstairs guests will find an extra den area with a sleeper sofa, HD Smart TV and a desk, perfect for the kids to gather and play games. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and is steps to the hall guest bathroom. The upstairs hall guest bathroom has a fun blue tile tub/shower surround that will feel like you are swimming in the ocean while in the shower! The spacious upstairs bunk room is the kids getaway space with a double/single bunk bed as well as a double/double bunk bed.
Latitude Adjustment is a special island retreat that guests will quickly realize is their "go to" St. Simons Island vacation experience!
Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.

30 days from arrival - 100% refund
14 days from arrival - 50% refund
