Welcome to the Island Pearl! This BRAND NEW vacation rental offers guests the perfect St. Simons Island escape with a private pool and tons of outdoor space for guests to relax and play. Fully renovated in 2021, the Island Pearl is a short 5 minute drive to the beach (1.5 miles), the islands best restaurants and shopping.
From the moment you arrive, guests will feel the island vibe with upscale furnishings, large living spaces both indoors and outdoors as well as the relaxing waters of the new pool and sun shelf. The side yard is the perfect place to set up games of corn hole and enjoy time gathering around the fire pit. The partially covered pergola has two lounge chairs, a bar height dining table and a large sofa and lounge area with direct views of the pool area. Guests can enjoy preparing the catch of the day on the Weber charcoal grill.
The open concept living area provides a great gathering space for guests to enjoy preparing and eating meals in the fully stocked kitchen, watching the game or enjoying family movie night or game fun in the sunroom which includes a ping pong table!
The primary bedroom suite offers guests a king bed and a private en suite bathroom. The primary suite has direct access to the courtyard as well as pool views. The two guest bedrooms offer guests a king bed as well as a queen bed. The bunk rooms is a great space for kids of all ages offering two sets of bunk beds that sleeps 4.

Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days from arrival - 100% refund
14 days from arrival - 50% refund
**To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Lilmar Properties strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance which is offered by Lilmar Properties during checkout or after booking. Contact Lilmar Properties with any questions.

- Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.
