• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.
• Dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $150/dog. 2 dog maximum
• Linens (Bath towels, pool/beach towels & bed sheets) provided
• Check In: 4:00pm      Check out: 10:00am
• Parking for 4 vehicles. 
• Pool & Spa Heating Fee: additional $65 / night upon request at least 24 hours prior to arrival
• Minimum Age Requirement of 25 years of Age to Rent the Property.

The open concept main living level offers guests multiple areas to gather and relax both indoors and on the private screened porch. The large kitchen offers views of Gould's Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean along with a Viking refrigerator and a six burner gas range.  Guests will enjoy the ambience of dining al fresco on the screened porch with views of the tropical backyards and new pool and spa below. 

The Primary Bedroom Suite is located on the main living level (2nd level) and the three Guest Suites, all with their own en suite bathrooms are located downstairs on the Terrace Level.  The Terrace Level offers guest a secondary den area with an HD TV as well as a large laundry room area, perfectly suited for your entry to the home after a fun day at the beach!  A secondary laundry is located in the Primary Suite bathroom.  

The Terrace Level of the home allows guests direct access to the Terrace screened porch and the pool & spa area.  The heated pool and spa (upon request for a fee of $45 / day) is the perfect place to unwind and find your island time.  The pool and backyard were completely renovated in 2023, now offering the spa as an extra amenity area to enjoy!

Cancellations will be refunded less the processing fee based on the time of the cancellation notification and terms (without exception, even for same-day cancellations)
