The Indigo Cottage is conveniently situated just 10 minutes on foot from Pier Village and the surrounding beaches that beckon to those who love time on the shoreline. In addition, those that book the Indigo Cottage will savor the privacy of this property’s location on a quiet cul-de-sac integrated into a neighborhood that sits on the welcoming south end.
The living room in this property hosts a warm and welcoming space situated in front of a cozy brick-framed fireplace. A large flat-screen television is mounted above the fireplace for added entertainment value while sleek hardwood flooring in this room is wonderfully contrasted by robin’s egg wall colorings and vaulted ceilings.
The kitchen and dining room in the Indigo Cottage are situated next to each other, making it simple to serve up a meal and just as easy to enjoy it! The kitchen hosts an eye-catching collection of light, natural-wood cabinetry paired with stainless steel appliances and an extended breakfast bar with additional barstool seating options. When it’s time to rest, the first of two primary suites in this home is found on the main level and features a king bed as well as access to the screened-in porch. Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.

30 days from arrival - 100% refund
14 days from arrival - 50% refund
