• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (7 persons). Spring break groups and events such as weddings, receptions, etc. are not permitted.

• 1/2 mile to the beach (5-7 minute walk down Demere Rd) 
• Garage access for one vehicle. General parking is available across from the townhouse.  Golf carts, Trailers, Campers, RVs, Boats, etc., parking is not permitted.  
• The minimum Age Requirement is 25 years of Age to rent the Property.
