- Max Occupancy is 14: Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the maximum occupancy of 14 guests. Large events, including but not limited to weddings and rehearsal dinners etc., are not permitted. Student groups of any kind are also strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed
- Pool Heating Fee: additional $65 / night upon request
- Fireplace(s) are not available for guest use
- Linens (bath towels, bed sheets, beach towels) provided
