• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (12 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, student groups (spring break and graduation), etc., are not permitted.

Main Living Level:

• Guest Bedroom 1: King bed, Roku TV, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• Powder Room: Convenient half bath located off the entryway.

Upper Level:

• Primary Suite: King bed with private sitting area, wet bar with beverage cooler, Roku TV, and access to a covered deck overlooking the pool. The en-suite bath features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a spacious closet with direct access to the laundry room.
• Guest Bedroom 3: Bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps 4) and Roku TV.
• Guest Bedroom 4: Queen bed with Roku TV.
• Shared Bathroom: Full bath with a tub/shower combination serving the bunk and queen rooms.

Landing Area: Additional sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) with Roku TV and a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Outdoor Amenities:

• Private Heated Pool: Relax poolside with comfortable loungers, dining areas, and a half bathroom nearby for convenience. (Optional pool heating available at $100/night + tax; 48-hour notice required.)
