- Some of St. Simons' beaches are not accessible during mid/high tides. You will always have plenty of beach in front of Dixie Sunrise... high tide, low tide, any tide!

On what floors are the bedrooms located?Thank you.
Answer:
On the top floor (main living, dining, kitchen level) there is a master bedroom with a king bed and full bath. On the second level (middle floor) are the master bedroom (King) with ensuite bathroom, a guest room (Queen) with private bathroom and another guest bedroom with bunks beds (4 twins) and private bathroom. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor (pool level) but there is a bathroom.
