We had an absolutely fabulous time at Coastal Village Retreat. The pictures didn’t do the house justice! It was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed!! Perfectly located as well!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

One of the best week rentals we have ever had. The house has it all. We work remotely so we were able to set that up and also feel like we were on vacation. House has it all. Great location for walk or bike ride to everything on South end of the island. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Will probably try and stay there again when we make our yearly trip to SSI.

We loved our week at the CVR. Lilmar is providing great customer service, even replaced our TV when it fried! Best ping pong table I have ever used. Only 2 paddles, maybe due to limited space singles is better than doubles. 2 nice sand shovels provided, helped us get the sunshade set up on the beach. Great kitchen island space for food storage, eating, and even puzzling! Only thing that I would recommend would be to get the side fence completed so the dog is able to roam the yard without wandering off of the property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. You provided everything that we needed. from kitchen being well stocked , living spaces and recreation. Everything was decorated beautifully. I was most impressed with the master bedroom. The mattress was literally the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I would love to know the name and style it was. Also everyone at Lilmar was very courteous.

We spent a few nights at the Coastal Retreat Village with our two Corgis. The home seemed to be close to everything we were interested in. Although we had a small group, the home could easily accomodate at least 2 more couples. The master bedroom was very comfortable, with a very nice bath.The kitchen is well appointed and could host a large group. The only complaints I would have would be that there is a missing section of the fence that allows pets to come and go. Also, the A/C unit is very loud, making it difficult to have a conversation or watch TV in the living room. All in all we had a nice few days on St Simons and enjoyed the home.

We have been coming to SSI for 15 yrs and this is the first time renting with Lilmar Properties. The staff was very kind, helpful and all around exceptional! The Coastal Village Retreat was pristine. The open concept, updated kitchen/living area - very comfortable and well stocked. Loved the game room - many competitive ping pong matches were played! Location is great, just a 5 min. walk to Village. The Park with all the live oaks is a block away which was perfect for walking the dog. Thanks Lilmar for a wonderful vaca!

We were in for a golf tournament. This house was a very convenient location for early morning tee times. House was very nice and clean. We will be back!

The house amenities are in great condition, nicely decorated throughout, great linens and toiletries.The house is truly dog friendly, waterproofed flooring throughout, dog bowls, fenced yard. Our two dogs had a blast!Thank you so much for offering such great property, we had a wonderful experience.

We cam to visit our Son's family and new Grandbaby. The house was a great meeting place. Rubbs, our dog loved the nice yard and pack patio area. We would stay aging if available during our next trip.
