Coastal Crush is located within a 1 minute walk to SIX local favorites restaurants, not to mention the St. Simons Island Pier Village Area is a short 3 minute car ride. Guests of Coastal Crush will have access to the Neptune Park Fun Zone in the Pier Village from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The 10 Punch Pass will give guests use at the pool and/or miniature golf and is included in the reservation.
The main living area, with a large HD Smart TV, large dining area with seating for eight and the completely renovated kitchen feature an open concept floorplan with plenty of space for guests to enjoy time together cooking, dining and watching the game! The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil and appliance guests will need to prepare any meal and is outfitted with high end stainless steel appliances as well as an electric range. It is also fully equipped with a stocked coffee station. Step out on the back screened porch for a private escape with festive lighting and comfortable seating to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
The primary bedroom suite is located on the second floor and features a king size bed, desk area and a large 55" HD Smart TV. The en suite primary bathroom will treat guests to a double vanity, separate showering area, garden tub and toilet area. The primary suite level of the home even has TWO private balconies. On the top level of the home, guests will find two guest bedrooms, both with their own private en suite bathrooms and private balconies. The first guest bedroom features two queen size beds with a 55" HD TV ready for kids to enjoy movies, streaming or gaming! The third guest suite has a king size bed, an HD Smart TV and a large private sun deck with two lounge chairs.
On the ground floor of the townhouse, guests will have access to a private 1 car garage with a brand new stainless steel propane gas grill, beach chairs and a beach cart. Guests will have one dedicated parking spot in front of the townhouse and another garage parking spot (6 ft clearance). Overflow parking is available around the King & Prince Resort just 1/2 block away.

Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.

14 days from arrival - 50% refund
