We absolutely loved our stay at this house. It was gorgeous, the pool was fabulous, and it was close to everything we wanted to do in SSI. We had the unfortunate timing of being in SSI when Hurricane Debby went through. The property managers answered all of our questions and calmed our fears since we are from Illinois and have never experienced tropical storms before. On our last night, one of the carbon monoxide detectors went off (it was faulty and needed to be replaced). The property managers again came through and sent someone to fix the issue ASAP even though it was late on a Friday evening. We 100% recommend staying here!

This property was beautiful and perfect for our three-night family vacation. The location is perfect! It is off of a main street so it's conveniently close to grocery stores and food places, but felt private and safe. It is a short drive to the beach. Our guests consisted of my family (2 adults and 2 toddlers), my brother's family (2 adults and 3 children), and our mom. The three bedrooms worked really well with each family having their own and my mom being in the third. The house is stocked with all the kitchen items you could need, beach and pool towels - and even beach items like a wagon, beach chairs, and boogie boards. So many nice touches like starter laundry and dish pods, hand soap, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the master bathroom. The home is beautifully decorated while feeling comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we visited the area in the future!

Friends & I stayed at this property and it was a blast! The home was absolutely gorgeous and in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was lovely and it was nice to have the floaties available as well.

We stayed at Blue Crab Cottage for the the 4th time, this time was extra special as we were on SSI to complete the purchase of our new home. . As for the Blue Crab Cottage, we have stayed at beach homes up and down the Atlantic & Gulf Coast and the Blue Crab Cottage on SSI is without a doubt the best of them all. It lacks for nothing from the great backyard pool to the beautiful interior design that makes you feel welcome as soon as you open the front door! We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Crab Cottage. Kids loved the pool. Thoughtfully decorated and appointed for families. Small tupperwares, full set of both plastic (pool area safe) and standard dishware. Bunk room is great too! Will definitely be back!

I would have to say, the family really enjoyed the stay here. Very convenient to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Also not a bad spot for runners like myself. My kids loved the bunk beds as well as the pool, even though they only got two days in the pool due to golf practices. The location was good for us since we had one kid on one course and another kid on the opposite end of the island. I would definitely spend another week or two here.

The Blue Crab Cottage accommodations exceeded our expectations from the moment of our arrival. The fun-themed decor and open space in the cottage made for a pleasant experience. The LilMar representative, Susan, also took extraordinary care in helping us to locate a wheelchair friendly space here at the cottage which was easily accessed using our small ramp into the front door for my daughter. The warm pool and comfortable beds made the cottage an oasis in and of itself on the island. We also found the ease of sidewalks to close by restaurants and shops a great perk; as we did the short drive to the beach and all of the island explorations. We’ll look forward to returning here and also will be recommending this spot to our friends!

We stayed at the Blue Crab for 5 days while my daughter played in a golf tournament. The house is very well appointed and very comfortable. We had one issue com up during our stay but Susan was on top of it and it was resolver quickly. We would definitely come stay again when we are in the area.

We had a great experience with this property. It had everything we needed and more, including chairs and towels for the beach. Our family enjoyed hanging by the pool and relaxing. Definitely recommend for other families!

Blue Crab Cottage was perfect! The house is setup great and was extremely clean. The location is in close proximity to stores and restaurants in addition to being in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend Blue Crab Cottage and we will be booking our next stay soon.

Very nice, clean and quiet home. Necessities were available and well thought out. Plenty of room and a lot more enjoyable than a stay in a hotel. The pool and pool area were excellent. This 4 night stay was a low key celebration for my 70th birthday. We love to spend time in the pier village area and eat in the restaurants there. The Blue Crab house is only a couple of miles and easy to drive to the pier locations. The beach park is only a couple miles down the road. I definitely recommend this management group for your rental needs. We will be a returning customer.

Everything you could ever need is at your fingertips. Beautiful furnishings and exceptional decorating. Hope we left it almost as clean as when we arrived Had to call the office workers across street walked over and used our power outlets on the front porch to run their equipment , tracked mud on porch & rug. We tried yo clean it off. The lady I spoke with at the office was so kind, and sweet. We will definitely be back.
